"We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Tesoro. Our room was clean and well-equipped. The location right on the Marina is perfect; it's a beautiful setting with lovely views, and it's very convenient for walking around and enjoying the area. The service at the restaurants was quick and efficient and all staff were friendly and kind. We really enjoyed the rooftop area for relaxation as the pool is beautiful with plenty of seating and excellent bar service. We had the breakfast plan and the buffet at the Vista was plentiful with lots of variety; we also had lunch at the Vista a couple of times, and the food was excellent with fair pricing. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Tesoro again."

"The hotel is nice. It face the beautiful ocean and with three lovely pools. The inclusive package includes breakfast lunch and dinner. The food are average but plentiful. the problem is the two oversized receptionistsin the front desk, They checked us in late was in helpful and rude. They seem more keen to serves American than us. The female keep reminding us we are on a “cheaper” package…The manager try hard to verify the situation, but their attitude really spoilt a great holiday. The room is spacious the staffs in the guest service and restaurants are good. They’re plenty of hotels in the area I’m sure they’ll offer a better experience. "

"The room is very spacious, and the balcony leads directly to the swimming pool. The facilities are complete, and the bedding and linens are also very comfortable. The service staff is warm and polite, and the day trip recommended by the front desk is also quite satisfactory. The beach is clean and quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and the holiday atmosphere is full, impeccable. If I have to say something bad, the restaurant has few choices, the dishes are few and the prices are high. But since everything is expensive here, it is still within the normal acceptable range."

"The location is very good, the best value for money. It is with a group of high-end hotels, but the price is much higher than other hotels, and of course the room and hotel facilities are not comparable. As an old hotel, the hardware facilities are much worse, but it is spacious everywhere, with a private beach, and the experience is not much worse than the next door, and the price is less than a quarter of the next door. It can be all-inclusive or not, and the price of meals is also reasonable (average US$20 per meal) It is a good choice for families who are not for Internet celebrity check-ins or have exquisite life requirements."

"A bit far from the beach, few sea view rooms, not all-inclusive hotel, only breakfast, very average, not recommended, after all, come here to sunbathe and enjoy the beach, if it is a business activity, it is still recommended, very clean, quiet! "I love this place it’s beautiful I’ve been there before I need to tell you that food is terrible Also my wife feelt the same . everything was salty , bitter way to make sugar all the juices have a fake taste I tried pretty much close to 20 different things They tasted terrible Only fruit , milk and bread were tasty You need to do something about that My wife and I we were sick but I did not want to complain I will come back because I love your place hopefully food will taste better These few days your food was terrible and I’m not a picky eater"

"If you want to feel like you are an American in Las Vegas, this is the place for you. Spent 5 nights here only to be close to my favourite fishing beach. This place has loud music playing everywhere constantly, in rooms, lifts, pools, gardens, it’s just too much. Even in their zen zone music is pumping. Every restaurant (if they are actually open) for every meal has lines of 1 hr or more as no reservations can be made. We were assigned a ‘personal butler’ but saw him once at check in and never again. The place was full of Americans being typically loud Americans and the food was very average with almost no authentic Mexican food. It was all to cater to Americans tastes. The staff didn’t seem to care about anything and obviously sick of dealing with obnoxious Americans. It’s way overpriced and I’d never return."

"A decent resort has been turned into the most predatory tourist trap. No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states. Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket. No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow. The staff were helpful and friendly. A nice resort, but not at all worth the insane prices paid."

"Absolutely a world-class resort hotel! The most commendable is the service team, with many people, fast running, and politeness. Every staff member, including engineers and gardeners, will greet guests politely when they see them. The quality of the restaurant waiter is high, which may be the characteristics of Mexican workers. The environmental design responds to a Chinese ancient phrase: ”The mountains and rivers are doubtful, and there is no way to be doubted. We stayed for 5 days and made new discoveries every day. Not only has a swimming pool, but also a heated pool and a drifting pool. The night is particularly romantic. In addition to the restaurant's various styles, guests can also make reservations with the hotel, such as beach bonfires, poolside, etc., no less than a dozen scenes, of course, including wedding scenes. The restaurant has: Italian food, seafood, creative Thai food, Japanese food. Very rich. The mattress in the room is too high and must be climbed up. I don't know why. Clean up the room twice in the morning and evening. We went to the beach to watch the sunrise, shoot, and relax the journey of the mind and body. There is a strong exotic atmosphere!"
