"Honestly, 10/10 hotel! It’s so peaceful, clean and has the most beautiful views and amenities. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The staff were lovely and if you didn’t want your room serviced, they would drop off fresh water, coffee, toilet paper and anything else you might need. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the hotel, otherwise you can borrow bikes or it’s a short walk to town when it’s not too hot. There is a really lovely restaurant within walking distance from the hotel who does amazing, very affordable food. We ended up extending another two nights as Pai was so lovely. Just up the road is a scooter hire company who is honest and fair; you can ride out to waterfalls, hot springs, lookout points for sunset and the white buda. There is also a little mini golf course within walking. "I've stayed in many dorms before, but the bedding here is really clean. Although it's a dorm room, it's very spacious, so you don't really notice what others are doing. The best part is the beautiful pool. When I stayed, there was a staff member whose husband was Japanese, and she spoke fluent Japanese and was incredibly kind. The night market is also within walking distance, so the location is perfect!"

"Located about a 10-15 minutes’ walk from Pai’s walking-street, they offer a shuttle service if you want to avoid the walk. The hotel seems to have been designed as an upscale resort but have seen better days. The upkeep is lacking and aging is apparent everywhere. My room was spacious and comfortable and had all amenities you would find at a 4-star hotel. The bathroom had a walk-in shower that had strong signs of mold. It was raining a lot during my 3-night stay and every time it rained there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom or right outside the bathroom window. The smell was so bad that housekeeping left the front door partially open every day after cleaning to air out the room. The outdoor areas have concrete paved walking paths across that are very moldy and in desperate need or a power-wash. My room was cleaned daily, towels replaced and water bottles replenished. Breakfast was rich with a lot of choices. Lots of fresh vegetables, fruit and a selection of cooked dishes. I let the kitchen know I was a vegan and they gladly offered to cook a special dish of vegetable fried rice for me."

"What an amazing hotel, I'd even call it a hidden gem! For the price, it's an absolute steal 🤌🏼 It's located right on the riverbank, away from Pai's noisy streets, yet still close enough (a 5-minute walk). It's incredibly clean, smells fresh, and everything works perfectly. I spent the whole evening by the river, watching the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen, and I'm so grateful to the hotel for providing such an opportunity ❤️"

"The location is good—away from the main street yet still within walking distance of everything. However, I was a bit disappointed, as paying $54 for one night didn’t feel worth it. It would be fine for a regular hotel at a lower price, but at that rate, the value didn’t match the cost. I understand it’s high season, but pricing should still reflect the overall experience. The property is right on the street, so you can hear everything passing by. The woman who checked me in was wearing pajamas, which I wouldn’t normally mind, but it added to the feeling that the stay wasn’t worth what I paid. Regardless, the view is beautiful from the room"

"Very friendly staff, very clean room with a bit of a motel feel. But not for those seeking peace and quiet, especially if you, like me, are staying in the first bungalow facing the street. Besides the heavy traffic, there's live music in the restaurant across the road until about 11:30 pm. And at 7:00 am, the tourists boarding the buses in the parking lot disrupt the peace and quiet. So, it's really only recommended if you can get a room away from the road."

Everything was perfect we loved the breakfast and attention to detail with everything. We asked to use the pool at their sister resort on the last day. But we given a NO from the rather hostile manageress.  Why do they promote their sister resort so much? If you can't  even try their empty pool?  I looked at it at least 6 times over 3 days and nobody was in it or even sitting near it. Would it really have been too much trouble to allow my husband to exercise his lame legs in it!

I absolutely loved this place! Beautiful, quiet, very clean and and the family who manages it is delightful very kind and helpful always with a smile. I extended my stay twice and that in itself says all. I will come back for sure!

We stayed for 2 weeks in December-January. The bungalows are simple and small, but we were comfortable enough. It has a cozy, quiet, rural atmosphere, and it's a 5-7 minute scooter ride to the center. The staff were friendly and brought coffee and cookies every morning! There's a microwave at reception. On the downside: the water heater is old, and you only get hot water with very weak pressure, which is a big minus on a cold winter morning in Pai. Also, the walls need painting.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the county town. A major convenience is that you can speak Chinese when calling, which makes communication very easy. The hotel is also home to many small dogs, and it's a unique pleasure for me to buy treats and feed them every time I stay. I'll definitely be back!

The location is beautiful, however, for what it costs the rooms are really tired. The food at the hotel was not very good. I’m not sure the experience justifies the cost.

A wonderful place. Everything it' s beautiful and clean! It' s a paradise. We eat a nice meal on front to the river so relaxing and the owner and the guy at the restaurant are so lovely. And to have a hot spring in that paradise oooh it' s something very rare and wonderful. A part the bed that it was a bit to hard we don't have any complain and it was one of the best hotel that we had been here in Tahiland. We will be back 😊

It is a nice place in General. But the staff do not speak English and at any case they call the owner and give you the Phone to talk. There is nobody at reception from the evening. At our Room on the second Floor there was an electrycity problem at night, the light was always bliking with the sound. So we could not use aircon, fen, fridge etc. It felt dangerous. It was on the whole Floor. We said it to the owner. But we were not sure that they would fix it, so next day we mooved to the 1st floor, where there was not such a problem. Byt the 1st Floor does not have such a beautiful View and aircon unfortunatly.

Excellent place for the price. It isn’t like some of the other places that are directly in town, but it’s like a 10 minute walk to get to the center of Pai. Kind staff and great amenities.
