"Honestly, 10/10 hotel! It’s so peaceful, clean and has the most beautiful views and amenities. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The staff were lovely and if you didn’t want your room serviced, they would drop off fresh water, coffee, toilet paper and anything else you might need. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the hotel, otherwise you can borrow bikes or it’s a short walk to town when it’s not too hot. There is a really lovely restaurant within walking distance from the hotel who does amazing, very affordable food. We ended up extending another two nights as Pai was so lovely. Just up the road is a scooter hire company who is honest and fair; you can ride out to waterfalls, hot springs, lookout points for sunset and the white buda. There is also a little mini golf course within walking. We would definitely stay here and in Pai again! —— Scooter hire: 200 Baht (24-36 hours) Mini Golf: 200-250 pp Waterfall/hot springs: 200 pp (multiple locations) Bamboo Bridge: 30 pp Restaurant down the road: 50-60 per meal average aYa transport Pai to Chiang Mai: 200 pp (book in town)"

"What an amazing hotel, I'd even call it a hidden gem! For the price, it's an absolute steal 🤌🏼 It's located right on the riverbank, away from Pai's noisy streets, yet still close enough (a 5-minute walk). It's incredibly clean, smells fresh, and everything works perfectly. I spent the whole evening by the river, watching the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen, and I'm so grateful to the hotel for providing such an opportunity ❤️"

"Located about a 10-15 minutes’ walk from Pai’s walking-street, they offer a shuttle service if you want to avoid the walk. The hotel seems to have been designed as an upscale resort but have seen better days. The upkeep is lacking and aging is apparent everywhere. My room was spacious and comfortable and had all amenities you would find at a 4-star hotel. The bathroom had a walk-in shower that had strong signs of mold. It was raining a lot during my 3-night stay and every time it rained there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom or right outside the bathroom window. The smell was so bad that housekeeping left the front door partially open every day after cleaning to air out the room. The outdoor areas have concrete paved walking paths across that are very moldy and in desperate need or a power-wash. My room was cleaned daily, towels replaced and water bottles replenished. Breakfast was rich with a lot of choices. Lots of fresh vegetables, fruit and a selection of cooked dishes. I let the kitchen know I was a vegan and they gladly offered to cook a special dish of vegetable fried rice for me."

"I chose to stay at this hotel because it had everything I needed, except for breakfast, but that wasn't a problem. The room amenities were in good working order, clean, with strong water pressure and excellent air conditioning. My only complaints are the limited TV channels and the weak Wi-Fi signal. Some tourists might find it old-fashioned and outdated, but I thought it was perfectly fine. It was quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. The swimming pool was nice, and the staff were helpful. There's also plenty of parking in front. They require a 500 baht cash deposit upon check-in, which will be returned upon check-out."

The location is the hotel's biggest asset, making it incredibly convenient for tourists. Location: 5/5 You cannot beat this spot! It's perfectly situated in the city center, making it an easy and pleasant walk to the main Walking Street for evening markets and shopping. There are many popular cafes and excellent restaurants right outside the door, so you'll never be stuck for a meal or coffee. Value: 5/5 The price is very cheap, offering excellent value for money, especially considering the prime location. Rooms & Comfort: 3/5 The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, I have to be honest—the decor and furnishings make the room look not very comfortable or inviting. It’s functional and clean, but definitely basic. Noise Level: 2/5 A major downside is the poor sound isolation. You can clearly hear noise from the hallway, outside, and sometimes from neighboring rooms. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared for potential disturbances, especially on busy nights or weekends. "I had a great time at the pool. It's close to Pai's main street. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. They ask for a 300 baht deposit for locker access, which they give back later. They didn't give me a towel, but I think the girl just forgot. I liked that it was clean, the beds are spacious, and the place is very roomy."

"It is a nice place in General. But the staff do not speak English and at any case they call the owner and give you the Phone to talk. There is nobody at reception from the evening. At our Room on the second Floor there was an electrycity problem at night, the light was always bliking with the sound. So we could not use aircon, fen, fridge etc. It felt dangerous. It was on the whole Floor. We said it to the owner. But we were not sure that they would fix it, so next day we mooved to the 1st floor, where there was not such a problem. Byt the 1st Floor does not have such a beautiful View and aircon unfortunatly."

"A wonderful place. Everything it' s beautiful and clean! It' s a paradise. We eat a nice meal on front to the river so relaxing and the owner and the guy at the restaurant are so lovely. And to have a hot spring in that paradise oooh it' s something very rare and wonderful. A part the bed that it was a bit to hard we don't have any complain and it was one of the best hotel that we had been here in Tahiland. We will be back 😊"

"Adorable, small hotel. Cute balcony. Attentive staff. Comfortable beds. Mini fridge and kettle in room. Nice covered space to park scooters. Not a huge selection for vegan breakfast, but the fruit is good and it is so close to a few vegan restaurants. Great food all around. Good view of the mountains from the second floor."
