"The underground parking garage is spacious, and at $30 a day, access with your room key is super convenient. There's a trail right next to the hotel, perfect for walks of any length you choose – very pleasant. The location is excellent, really close to the airport. You can even watch planes land from the trail! Plus, there's a shuttle service to and from the airport. There's also a great restaurant right nearby. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was a temporary stop, but surprisingly nice. They had a free shuttle bus, and the service was excellent. The double room was on the second floor, with a lake view, and it was very comfortable. I captured a beautiful sunrise in the morning; it was stunning. Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider staying here again for my next layover."

"As a last-minute stay near the airport due to a late flight, this hotel was a pretty decent choice. You can just wait for the shuttle bus at the hotel shuttle stop right outside the airport; there are many shuttle buses for hotels near the airport. It was during the World Cup, so the hotel bar had a lot of soccer fans, and the hotel had even put up some special decorations. The room wasn't huge, but the hotel provided all the necessary amenities like bath towels, hand towels, soap, and shower gel. However, slippers and disposable toiletries weren't provided (which is standard for hotels in the US). The hotel also has coin-operated self-service laundry (though I didn't use it). The showerhead was over a bathtub, which is different from what I'm used to back home and I found it a bit awkward; it felt unhygienic for a bath (again, common in US hotels). The towels felt a bit rough and not soft enough, perhaps due to high occupancy and frequent use. The large restaurant on the ground floor faces the ocean, offering pleasant views of planes taking off and landing at the airport. I even saw people jogging along the coastline in the morning. Breakfast included a $30 per person voucher. After using it for the buffet, you'd still need to pay for taxes and tips, which usually brought the total above $30. Of course, you could also order à la carte, and if you're careful, you might avoid extra charges. The hotel only offers a free shuttle to the airport; for other destinations, you'll need to call a taxi or rideshare."

"I stayed here during a conference. It's close by the Hyatt and walkable to there. I wasn't familiar with the area so I didn't go out at night. I know there some restaurants nearby but area walking there at night is really dark. The hotel room was nice and comfortable. My only issue is with the doors and those people. I be hearing doors slammed closed all night and each night. No courtesy. Maybe the hotel can fix the way the doors closed. Breakfast was good. I ate breakfast there each morning. The late night snack store has limited options."

"Located near to SFO which is great.  It’s also outside the city so one will miss the rush hour within the city if your business is south of SF, outside of city.  Has a nice walking trail and the view is nice."

"The room was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities were relatively new, clean and easy to use. It probably depends on the room, but from my room I could see the planes taking off and landing on the runway, which was really fun. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of Western dishes, including fruit."

"Flying from Salt Lake City to San Francisco for a one-night stay. After exiting the airport, there are hotel shuttle signs. Just wait for the hotel's circulating shuttle bus, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Check-in was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and hygienic, and it was nice to be able to make your own waffles for a warm breakfast. Overall, it's pretty good value for money."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The key is that it faces the airport and there is no problem with the noise of airplanes taking off from other hotels! It is relatively new and clean overall. Parking requires an extra fee. Please ask in advance! The only thing is that the toilet 🚽 is too powerful and loud. You can hear the sound of many nearby rooms flushing toilets in the morning, one after another... Overall, it is still OK! Especially the new decoration feels more comfortable! In addition, the room type photos on the website are wrong. The double bed room we booked shows a suite. What a mistake!"
