"Very kept up hotel very clean everything in order. Breakfast was good. Nothing to write home about but yet it was breakfast was nutritional. Ice machine and soda room and laundry room were especially clean. I would stay there again if I had the chance."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was amazing, hot waffles, sausage, eggs, potato’s and bacon, plus non hot items too like cereal. Wifi was fast and easy to use. Bed was pretty comfy but could’ve used a better comforter. The shower and bathroom set up was kinda weird, there wasn’t a door for the vanity area so if youre staying with other people just keep that in mind. The hot tub was great too it’s outdoor so the temp is perfect and we really enjoyed our white claw that we bought from the front desk in the hot tub. Overall a really great stay!"

"This hotel has an advantage in price, not far from Tahoe, driving ~20 minutes, much cheaper than hotels near Tahoe. There are many ants in the first room. There is a $100 deposit, received immediately, credit card is immediately brushed, refund is very slow. The next day, I happened to meet an American black man who was asking for a refund. He scolded the old man at the front desk, but the old man could not solve it. Finally, he said that the manager was responsible for the refund after check-out, but he actually had to wait a long time, some bad! Most hotels that charge deposits will not be directly deducted, but ”collect credit card” messages, let the deposit hold."

"this is my 2nd time to choose Super 8, and probably the last time, since this is really an aweful experience this time! (1) the location is great and service is good. but the facility is really bad. (2) we live in a room closing the middle of 2nd floor. the air conditioner is very very loud. we would prefer to turn it off at night, but we can not do that due to the hot weather. (3) there is also a very bright lightbulb outside of our window. the light is so bright that we can not stop the light coming inside even when we close the curtain completely. (4) we are waken up suddenly in the early morning at 640am, because there was a stupid car alarm begin sharp siren at that time! it lasted pretty long time (around 1-2 minutes). too annoying. we all wake up after that. (5) the breakfast was so bad, we were given cerritos/apples/milk/bread. there is no (not limited) protein at all. i remember there is considerable price difference ($30 for 2-queen-size room? didn't remember exactly) between breakfast-inclusive and breakfast-exclusive when i made the booking. so feel so disappointed for the breakfast quality for breakfast-inclusive price. we can take the breakfast in mcdonalds using the price difference of $20. To conclude, we would never recommend THIS super 8 to any friend for future tahoe trips."
