Guests will have access to 1 of the 2 units. The only conjoining wall is the sides of the garages to ensure maximum privacy. This property includes a shared driveway.Worried about having bad neighbors? Don't be! My sibling is the one who live in the second unit and promises to be quiet neighbors.
