"The first room we were booked into had a terrible cigarette smell (it's a non smoking hotel), so they had to find us another room. The next room had its own issues. First thing we found was a bag of kibble in the fridge. The bathroom door had to be forced to shut completely, and the bathroom sink drained incredibly slow. They apparently tried to fix it, but it actually got worse after. If you are tall, you will hate the showers. The shower head is set at about 5'6”. Also, bring slippers, because the floors are filthy. I obviously cannot comment on every room, but the hotel is very dated and needs renovations. A few positives were that the staff was nice and accommodating, they serviced the room daily, the bed was comfy, and the shuttle service was great."

"Very good stay experience. The hotel's entire facilities are perfect and comfortable, both the room and the lobby give people a comfortable and comfortable feeling. "The location was pleasant, each room has their own balcony or patio. The breakfast was the usual continental fare, but I appreciated the staff’s efforts in making sure any messes were immediately cleaned and guests were assisted. One minor complaint I had was the internet, it seemed spotty at times as the connection was not the greatest during a Zoom call for a business meeting. Otherwise, I slept well."

In addition, drinking water needs to be at the front desk. There is lemonade in the lobby, not bad 😀, thank you for giving us water at the front desk."

"The hotel was clean and had a decent bed. Bathroom was kind of small but for the most part we enjoyed our stay. I really looked the smart tv. The front desk wasn’t very nice at all and no laundry room for the guests really sucked."

The lobby and rooms are very bright and tidy, the facilities are very new, the room is also equipped with a simple kitchenette, there are many restaurants nearby for 10 minutes, a good choice.

A lovely hotel. Good price, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate 24/7, as well as warm cookies in the afternoon. A nice touch. Breakfast was good, not a big buffet, but enough. Unfortunately the thing that let this hotel down was the awful smell in our room and the mould all over the bathroom and in the shower. There was wallpaper peeling off the wall and a rusted light fitting. A shame, because otherwise it would have been perfect.

Anonymous UserI waited for a long time at the front desk of the hotel. The front desk staff was obviously not familiar with the business. I had to brush the room rate. In fact, I had paid all the room rates in Trip.com ! Then I said that I would need 250 knives as a deposit, and other same hotels would have 20 knives! I think it was also because he was obviously unfamiliar with the business!
The room is generally ok, but there are several problems with the equipment: there is a bedside lamp that is not bright, the wiring board on the desk works, there is no bath liquid in the bathroom, and there is no soap!
Breakfast is a bit simple, the only thing worthy of praise is that the freshly squeezed orange juice is not bad!
The overall stay experience is generally very general

Guest UserThe parking lot is large, accessible at a high speed, but not noisy. The front desk will give the Double Tree Hotel special welcome cookies. delicious. Two hours from Arches National Park. For a day trip to the arch, it is recommended to take the first few attractions such as the balance stone, double zero, and eye for fun, and not tired to walk. Do not go to the scenic arch viewing point behind, but climb the slope, and the upper and lower viewing points are not clear. **The garden time is not enough and we did not play.

The stuff Kenzie was very nice BUT the room has no air conditioner and it was hot and we we’re not advised ahead when we checked in that there’s a problem with their air conditioner but Kenzie the front desk very nice and let me have another electric fan in the room. Still hot and I have bad asthma
