It is newly finished in September 2022. Inside furnished with brand new kitchen appliances, bedroom and living room furniture. Backyard features a hot tub for relaxing in the evening.New updates:* Installed a brand new Culligan Water Filter and Softener in January 2023.* I decided to remove the nonsense fees for additional guests. Please be honest, the place has a maximum capacity of 4 people.* There is a service fee charged by Vrbo on using their platform. I do not have control to waive them.Guest access:Street parking, follow the paver stone walkway and steps to the entrance in backyard, accessed with key code lock.Other things to note:PLEASE NOTE: Our family is living upstairs. We added resilient channel on ceiling and walls of the guest suite, but please do not expect it is 100% perfect sound proof.
