Thumbs up to Jinan Shandong Hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I have traveled to many cities with my children. Compared with the previous hotels, Shandong Hotel really impressed me. The hotel lobby is imposing, clean and tidy, the interior design is unique and dazzling, the room layout is simple and warm, and the hardware facilities are not inferior to big-name hotels. The service staff is polite, warm and thoughtful. I especially want to praise the restaurant service team. I brought my children with me. Manager Xia Dongmei was very enthusiastic and proactive in communicating with the children. She learned that we were short of time when we were out, and took the initiative to help us pack snacks for the children to eat on the way. Thank you again: Yi Wenhui, Dou Qinqin, Wang Quanjing, Zhang Lianfeng, Huang Ruipu. Shandong Hotel will come again!

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

Good hotel. Staff were brilliant, helpful and kind. The room was comfy. breakfast was good. waiters always ready to assist with a smile. However, the building was tricky to navigate, especially the underground parking area. not many rooms or lounges with any view. seemed a bit claustrophobic.

Very helpful & kind hotel staff. Despite a lack of English they always did their best to assist me getting taxis, etc. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit delivered to the room every afternoon free of extra charges. Good location for the main attractions, a range of restaurants, & neighbourhood/community shops & services. I enjoyed my time there. The sole drawback is only two guest lifts, so, at certain times of the day, it takes a little while to summon the lift & it becomes crowded.
