Looking back now, from inquiring about the shuttle bus and receiving the hotel's efficient and clear response to my five-night stay, choosing Sai no Niwa was the best decision of my entire trip! In short, everything was excellent!"

"It was located just across the roadfrom the Kanazwa JR station that also housed a mall, airport transfers and loads of good food. The place was larger than I expected but provided excellent service and daily breakfasts (noy buffet-style) in their second floor restaurant. A sign of how good service was - it was a little drizzly when we left but we said no to the offer of an umbrella as the station was less than 5 min away (and it was a very light drizzle). The lady accompanied us to the station just so she cd take the umbrellas back from us! The onsen was nice but I didn't hv time to try out any other facilities."

"This hotel located exactly beside JR Kanazawa Sta. So if you want to go to Shirakawago by bus ( of course u have to reserved before ) it is easy to reach the bus station behind Kanazawa Sta. I choose this hotel also because I used Hokuriku pass which is passed by Kanazawa Sta. The room is like other 3 star hotel in Japan, not too big but enough if you bring top loading luggage."

The pleasant scent throughout the hotel was soothing, and the rice and miso soup at breakfast were absolutely delicious, providing a comforting start to the day. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee milk and amazake after a bath. Since it was a long weekend, the washing areas in the public bath did get crowded at times, so I'd recommend adjusting your usage time for a more comfortable experience. It's definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again!"

"This hotel is fantastic! It's centrally located near many attractions, with a convenience store and mini-supermarket just downstairs. The room's attention to detail was perfect, from the foot massager (with disposable socks) to the facial steamer, Panasonic smart hairdryer, a completely separate wet/dry bathroom, and a bathtub. Even the kettle, which wasn't noisy, was a nice touch. The breakfast was also exceptionally rich and exquisite, with delicious curry fish fillet rice, radish fish ball soup, and chewy mochi dumplings, showcasing Kanazawa's local delicacies. This hotel offers incredible value for money!"
