"Nice and cosy room. Clean bed linen, towels and toilet/sink. Toilet bowl has electronic bidet. A nice touch. No laundry service but it’s okay. It is right next to the high speed rail station, and also next to the metro station. Very very convenient for going around. There is also a convenience store at the lobby. Overall a cosy and budget-friendly hotel if you’re visiting 长沙。"

"Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped and well-designed, featuring a refrigerator, washing machine, clothes rack, and a large projection screen. Both the room and bathroom have heating. There are numerous elevators, distributed by floor, so there's no long waiting time. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains excellent hygiene. Housekeeping can be requested daily, and all bath and face towels are disposable, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Service: The service is excellent. I received directions before even arriving at the hotel. The front desk staff are very welcoming and promptly address any requests. Environment: The environment is great. Being on a high floor, the air is good, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful scenery and expansive views. It was a very comfortable stay. The soundproofing is also good; I didn't hear any disturbing noises during my two-day stay. Surrounding Area: The hotel is conveniently located right next to Exit 4 of Peiyuan Bridge Station on Metro Line 1, making it incredibly easy and quick to reach popular attractions. Downstairs, there are convenience stores and various small restaurants, all in a clean and upscale environment."

"Only a night stay before our trip to Beijing. We stayed there because of the proximity to Changshanan rail station and we were so happy to do it. We even had the time to taste their huge and delicious breakfast buffet. Check in at 23.30 was so quick and left us time to rest. Highly recommended!"

"Facilities: Excellent. Hygiene: Very clean, all needs were met. Environment: Both the interior and exterior of the room were great. Service: The service was excellent. Parking isn't convenient, but you can drive your car to the welcoming gate for valet parking. It was very convenient to dine with children and elderly family members. The food was delicious, just a bit pricey. Wuyi Square is right downstairs, and there's a mall for shopping too. I stay here every time I visit Changsha. "This was an absolutely wonderful stay! Since it was my birthday, the hotel decorated the room in advance and reserved a high floor for this room type. Although there was some obstruction to the river view on this side, it was still fine, and I don't think it affected much. I was a bit worried before checking in, seeing that the hotel had been open for 7 or 8 years, but after checking in, I found that the environment and hygiene were excellent, with no issues, and the facilities didn't look old at all. Most importantly, I have to praise the location – it's incredibly convenient! Pozi Street is a 5-minute walk, Huangxing Square is 10 minutes, and Wuyi Square is 15 minutes, as these three pedestrian streets are adjacent. Du Fu's Thatched Cottage is 5 minutes away. One night, I even walked back to the hotel from the Nanmenkou Night Market. IFS and Taiping Old Street are also within walking distance. Xiangjiang Middle Road Metro Station is a 10-minute walk, offering direct metro access to Yuelu Mountain, Orange Isle, and 'Qia Tongxue Shaonian' Square, which is super convenient. This location is truly central; it's so easy to go to Pozi Street for breakfast or late-night snacks, or to buy Cha Yan Yue Se and Guo Ya Ya. Oh, and Super Wenheyou is right downstairs – you don't even need to leave the building! This location is unbeatable! Guest services were enthusiastic, and the front desk staff during check-in was very engaging. It wasn't awkward small talk; a simple greeting made you feel like you were having a conversation, not just ticking off a task. It was a very satisfying experience. It's a shame there are so many delicious foods in Changsha that I didn't even get to try the hotel's breakfast once!"

If travel is about creating memories, then this hotel undoubtedly wove a sparkling, precious time for our entire family. A Culinary Surprise: Breakfast Becomes a Daily Anticipation As a crucial part of any hotel experience, breakfast has always been my key indicator for evaluating a hotel. And the breakfast at this hotel, no exaggeration, met the standards of a five-star hotel buffet! On the first morning, as we walked into the restaurant, we were instantly amazed by the dazzling array of food – steaming noodle stations where chefs skillfully prepared custom soup noodles; flaky croissants in the pastry area, clearly freshly baked, not frozen; and a fresh juice bar, local specialty snack area, several fresh fruits… The dishes were small and exquisite, and even my usually picky little one actually asked for “another bowl of small wontons”! For three consecutive days, the breakfast items varied, giving us something new to look forward to every morning. A Water Park-like Pool: Just the Right Temperature The hotel’s pool completely exceeded expectations! More than just a pool, it felt like a mini water park. The indoor heated pool we visited was very spacious; even with many guests, it never felt crowded. The water temperature was perfectly comfortable, with no uncomfortable cold or hot sensation when entering. My child played in it for over an hour, and I didn't have to worry about them catching a cold. Even more thoughtful, the pool was divided into deep and shallow areas, and there was a dedicated children's play area where the water level only reached the children's waists, making it very safe. Every afternoon after swimming, we'd go to the nearby lounge area for a cup of ginger tea, and the fatigue of travel would instantly melt away. A Dream Kingdom for Kids: The Third-Floor Kids' Club As a non-family-exclusive hotel, their kids' club facilities are incredibly well-thought-out! The entire third floor is dedicated to children, with disinfection and temperature checks required upon entry, ensuring excellent hygiene. The club is clearly zoned: the educational toy area has international brands like LEGO and magnetic tiles, all in perfect condition; the reading corner is rich with picture books; and most appealing to kids is the animation screening area, which shows quality children's programs at scheduled times. Staff organize interactive activities like craft classes and painting classes, allowing parents to confidently leave their children and enjoy a moment to themselves. My child's daily refrain was ”When can we go to the club?” and they were teary-eyed when we left, begging to stay a few more days. Rooms as Cozy as Home: Fully Equipped and Super Convenient Our deluxe king room offered another surprise – not only an independent bedroom but also a small kitchen! An induction cooker, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine were all included. Traveling with kids, being able to heat milk or wash clothes anytime is an irreplaceable convenience. The kitchen was so well-equipped it surprised us; even a wok, saucepan, and tableware were provided. One evening, we specifically went to the nearby Hema supermarket for seafood and cooked a cozy dinner ourselves, just like being at home. The soundproofing of the room was excellent; even with the kids happily playing in the club, we could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep back in our room. From hardware facilities to soft services, this hotel truly 'thinks of what guests think.' The details truly shine: there's always a staff member in the elevator to press your floor; every employee encountered in the hallway smiles and greets you; and the housekeeping aunt even remembered my child's name. These warm details are far more touching than luxurious decor. The front desk staff's service was also excellent. As we left, my child hugged the plush toy given by the front desk, unwilling to let go, while we were already planning our next trip. This kind of hotel deserves to be known by all families seeking quality family travel – it's not just a place to stay, but another home away from home on your journey."

"Nice hotel apartment with good amenities. Service is friendly. The entrance can be a little difficult to locate because it is on the ”basement” level for pedestrians and cars. For pedestrians, go to the iCity Mall of the POFO/Modena building and use the escalator (downward) situated beside the 'Heytea” store [which is onthe ground floor]. From there, follow the Modena signs for the hotel entrance. The breakfast is very varied and good. It is located on the top floor (43) so the views are fantastic. The closest metro stations are about 10-15 minutes walk, which is ok in cooler temperatures but not Beth nice in the summer. If you use taxis/Didi, then that shouldn't matter. I would recommend this hotel."

"The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with a super-king bed that was soft, clean, and comfortable. The facilities were complete and smart-controlled, which was very convenient. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. The breakfast area was quiet and clean, offering a wide variety of options. There's also a convenient parking lot in front of the hotel."

"For our family trip to Changsha (2 adults, 2 children), we were looking for a conveniently located hotel as we planned to visit Changsha Fantawild the next day. We initially considered Wyndham, but then discovered the Jinmao Luxury Collection Hotel, and our stay there truly exceeded all expectations. Our booking was for a triple room, which included breakfast for three. The hotel is undoubtedly luxurious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check-in was a standout feature: instead of the usual standing in a queue at the front desk, even at other luxurious hotels, we were seated at individual counters for a personalized and smooth process. Elevators require key card access to select floors, and even takeout deliveries are brought to your room by a small robot, ensuring excellent security. The room was incredibly comfortable. Upon entering, there's a spacious walk-in closet, followed by a large floor-to-ceiling window. There were two beds that could be pushed together. The toilet and shower areas were separate, and there were two sinks along with a vanity table. The absolute highlight was a small bathtub positioned right by the floor-to-ceiling window – I even managed a relaxing soak before checking out on our last day! Everything perfectly matched the hotel's promotional images. We were so captivated upon entering that we completely forgot to take any photos. I thought the breakfast was just average, although there was a good selection. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a petting zoo. I heard the pool is an infinity pool, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to check it out. The petting zoo is quite small but perfect for a quick stroll with the kids. The entrance tickets were complimentary from the hotel, though a feeding package cost 20 RMB per portion. Each room is supplied with 6 complimentary bottles of Bama mineral water daily, and the free tea selection even includes two pour-over coffee packets. The hotel is directly accessible from the Culture Center station on Metro Line 2. From the metro exit, you can walk straight through Jinmao City Shopping Mall to the hotel, avoiding any sun exposure. It's a true all-in-one destination for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, the Cultural Center is right next door. My only regret is not booking for two nights!"

"I extended my stay for another night due to a business trip. I had originally planned to switch hotels, but the St. Regis experience was so exceptional that I decided to stay! The breakfast was superb, the swimming pool was fantastic, and the butler service was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm, attentive, thoughtful, and meticulous. The location is also excellent, right above Metro Line 2, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are also many great restaurants nearby. I will definitely choose the St. Regis again on my next visit to Changsha."
