GGuest UserThis is a highly recommended hotel that showcases a new level of quality that guesthouses or guesthouse-style hotels can achieve. After staying two nights, I was genuinely a little sad to leave on the third day. 1. The space feels comfortable and well-designed, without being overly ostentatious or too simplistic. The lobby felt like a large living room at home, very welcoming. The corridors feature ancient architectural pillars, adding a touch of elegance. 2. The room's hardware quality is excellent, and the bathroom facilities are also top-notch. Everything visible to the eye felt reassuring, making for a great living experience. 3. The service details were excellent throughout the three days. Upon booking, we were offered a room upgrade and an extra bed. When we arrived, one of the staff members even helped us wipe dust off our suitcases, which my daughter kept mentioning because of how thoughtful it was. Every request was met, and you could feel that the hotel management is very humane, with staff who are enthusiastic, efficient, and natural. When leaving, I mentioned to the owner that the oranges were delicious, and they even gave us a bag of them. 4. The arrangement of breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks made us feel very warm and well-cared for. However, the overall taste of the food could be improved; the noodles didn't quite taste like Changsha-style noodles. 5. I especially want to thank the service staff, who were very enthusiastic and professional. They provided very warm assistance during the New Year period. I wrote such a detailed review because I hope that guesthouse hotels of this quality can maintain their standards. It's also a small encouragement from a customer to the owner and staff who worked during the New Year period – they truly did an excellent job.

XXuemanchangandaoshangChangsha County, despite being one of the top ten counties nationwide, has long suffered from the lack of international chain hotels, with only 'fake' foreign brands filling the void. Thanks to the efforts of local owners, two IHG hotels, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express, have finally been signed. The development of Crowne Plaza in Changsha has also faced its challenges. The Crowne Plaza on Wuyi Square was once one of Changsha's most renowned international chain hotels, but due to age and deteriorating rooms, the owner couldn't afford renovations. It was eventually delisted and became Accor's Grand Mercure, and then finally an independent hotel. The new generation 2.0 Crowne Plaza breaks away from the monotony and dullness of traditional business hotels. This stay marks my 70th night as a Diamond member this year, making it a very significant one. Guest Relations Manager Sunny was extremely efficient. Although we never met in person, she perfectly arranged all the check-in details and even helped upgrade me to a suite. The benefits for Diamond members were thoroughly explained. The suite was nearly 100 square meters. The previous golden hues have been replaced with lighter colors like white and grey, giving the room a more home-like feel. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views, including a partial glimpse of Songya Lake. The breakfast bakery items were a delightful surprise. Raw donuts, matcha pistachio cake, and German Black Forest cake are rarely seen, indicating the pastry chef's dedication. The rice noodle toppings were also incredibly varied, with options like spare ribs, minced meat sauce, and beef brisket to choose from.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is a quiet oasis, within walking distance of Furong Square and Wuyi Square. Being a historical building, it has a unique charm. Service: The butler-style service is very thoughtful, with daily reminders. The staff at the front desk are also very friendly and proactively helped with our luggage. They even offered warm bottled water when we left, which was a nice touch! Facilities: All the facilities are new, and the room had no strange odors. Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast is a highlight with customizable set menus, and both the Chinese and Western options are delicious.

MMarcHoMy recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive. The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort. Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days. Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

GGuest UserI took advantage of the Chinese New Year holiday to travel, and the hotel's location is decent. There's currently construction for Line 7 right outside, which should make it even more convenient once completed. It's also quite close to a bus stop. The hotel's interior environment is quite good and very grand. The executive room size is just right; it's perfectly fine for a family of three. All the staff members are very polite, and the breakfast is quite extensive. The executive lounge is right next to the room, which is very convenient. The swimming pool is also excellent; I saw the water quality test results, and it was a great experience. I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit.

CCarina_acStaying in a river-view room in Changsha, this place truly maximizes both the view and comfort!✨ 💫 Amazing View The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of the Xiangjiang River and Orange Isle. You can see lush mountains and clear water during the day, a golden sunset in the evening, and brilliantly lit cruise ships at night. You can take in all of Changsha's most beautiful river scenery right from your bed, making for fantastic photos. 💫 Spacious and Comfortable Room The executive king room is very spacious, with elegant and refined decor. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has a dry/wet separation, and all amenities are fully stocked. Being on a high floor, it's very quiet and not at all noisy, ensuring a peaceful rest. 💫 Super Convenient Location The subway is right downstairs. You can walk to Chaozong Street and Wanda Plaza, and it's very close to Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Orange Isle, making sightseeing and dining completely hassle-free.

RRuixuanThe hotel is conveniently located, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, yet within walking distance to Nanmenkou and the pedestrian street. The decor and furnishings are very tasteful, and the place is clean and hygienic. They even offer free roasted sweet potatoes and dinner porridge upon check-in, making it perfect for young travelers. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Changsha.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay here, and I was very satisfied this time. Breakfast was extended until 11 AM, which is a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent; the front desk even gave me a complimentary room upgrade. I also received a coupon for 'Duojiao Yutou' (chopped chili fish head) upon check-in. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to the Wuyi business district. This will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip to Changsha.

GGuest UserArrived at the hotel at 1 PM on the second day of Chinese New Year. The concierge was very professional, helping with luggage and operating the elevator. The front desk staff was very nice. We booked a courtyard room for two adults and two children, and since one of our 'children' was an adult, they kindly offered an extra complimentary breakfast, which really impressed me. Later, we connected with our butler, Naib, who was incredibly thoughtful, sending us a travel guide and discount coupons. The turndown service and warm milk were such a pleasant touch! I had researched beforehand that the hotel hasn't been open for long and is still in its prime. The facilities are well-maintained, and the decor perfectly matches the JW brand. The kids' room was uniquely decorated, and they even gifted a chocolate platter and a griffin toy. The kids loved them! I just wish they could have given us one more next time, as they didn't know who to give it to. We were on the 46th floor, and the night view was stunning. My only regret was that it was cloudy for all three days, so the daytime view from such a great floor was wasted. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and major attractions are within 8 stops, which is very convenient. The breakfast spread was extensive and included local Changsha specialties. The heated pool had long operating hours and wasn't crowded during the Spring Festival, and the facilities were great. As I mentioned, the decor style is exactly to my taste. The only minor drawback is that the sliding door to the open-plan bathroom is a bit heavy, and if left open when people are showering one after another, it lacks a bit of privacy. However, overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I am very satisfied with both the hotel's hardware and service, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

MM29459****Extremely satisfied, far exceeding expectations! This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in China, no contest. What I was most satisfied with was the booking, which included tickets for 2 adults and 1 child to the Ocean World, Happy Snow World, and the Dawangshan International Circus. Since it was my first time visiting Dawangshan, upon arrival at the hotel, I immediately felt the five-star service, like help with luggage. After checking in, the front desk staff even proactively upgraded us to a suite and then gave us tickets for 2 adults and 1 child to the Dawangshan Starlight Carnival – totally unexpected! The moment I opened the hotel room door, I genuinely felt like I was coming home; it was incredibly luxurious, beyond words. I’ll just upload the photos, haha 😄 **Cleanliness**: The bathtub 🛁 even came with a disposable liner, a very thoughtful detail. **Environment**: Extremely luxurious, hard to describe – just look at the pictures! 😄 **Service**: Excellent, the included tickets exceeded my expectations. **Facilities**: Very luxurious, the best I've encountered in a hotel.
