AanxnGreat hotel located along a bustling street. As it is a pedestrian street, do note that cars aren't allowed to enter and stop directly infront of the hotel. There is some distance to walk from the main street to the hotel but it isn't a long stretch.
Design and vibe of the place is impeccable, I am thoroughly pleased with it. However the room I stayed in did feel abit stuffy at times, as there weren't any windows towards the outdoors. Not a major issue overall. There was a small ventilation window towards the corridor. Tastefully designed.
There was a bright light emitting from the smart toilet that unfortunately shone brightly towards the sleeping area and when we switched off the lights in the room, it was like a beacon in the dark. Very distracting. We tried to cover it up but couldnt entirely remove the brightness of it. It was really unfortunate placement of things I suppose, and the layout of the room. I believe it doesn't happen for all rooms so perhaps it was just the layout of this room. Amenities were good and sufficient. No full length mirror sadly.
The staff were kind and helpful, we asked to leave our luggage there 2days prior and they were ok to keep it for us. They also helped keep delivery parcels for us. They also have a wechat contact and are prompt to reply to texts and enquiries. We also had some issues with a delivery item arriving late after had left and the staff were so helpful and accommodating as we texted over wechat to coordinate the return pick up of the item. Really grateful for their help and service attitude.
Overall great experience and would definitely consider coming back again!

GGuest UserWe are visitors from the UK who spent a 3 night stay at the the Fancy Hotel. We chose it due to the hotel’s proximity to Hunan Museum - less than 10 minutes walk away. The location is great - Martyr’s Park is just alongside the museum. It is a lovely place to walk and there is plenty to do once you are inside. There is also a metro station and very large shopping mall with numerous eateries - including a Burger King and KFC within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern. Decor is good. Our room was a little small, but comfortable and had everything we could need for a short stay - including charging cables and electric curtains! There was an extensive range of Chinese options for breakfast. Western options were more limited and included fruit, toast, butter, jam, boiled eggs, coffee, croissants and a surprising array of small cakes. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They did not speak English - but patience, a smile and Google translate helped us to communicate. The hotel has a roof garden and small gym There are food delivery options, which we didn’t have time to investigate. Sadly there did not appear to be anywhere to buy a coffee on site. We liked the hotel and thought it great value for money. We would definitely return on a future trip to Changsha.

2218027****I highly recommend this hotel; I'd say its location is the best among all Orange Crystal hotels in Changsha. It's just one subway stop from Wuyi Square. There's a dual-line subway entrance right downstairs, offering direct access to the South Station and the airport. Downstairs, you'll also find popular spots like Cha Yan Yue Se and the internet-famous Juwei Quji, just a 3-minute walk away. There are also some great local Hunan restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and responsive, the rooms are quiet, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The breakfast ingredients are fresh, and I especially loved the rice noodles. Thumbs up!

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel because of its advertised location 50 meters from the subway station, but it turned out to be over 500 meters from the station, all along construction-affected roads, and it was incredibly hot and sunny. There was a large construction site behind the hotel, and the windows couldn't be closed. It's just too new and nothing is fully completed yet. None of my Ctrip benefits were recognized – no breakfast, room upgrade, late check-out, fruit, or snacks. It felt like I couldn't stay there unless I booked through Huazhu. The problem is, even the early booking discount for gold members wasn't as good as the Ctrip price.

CCaoyunshunxianshengBooked a twin room for a family trip to Changsha. The two beds in the twin room can be pushed together, making for a very comfortable stay. The room also has a sofa and a tea bar. Most importantly, the location is incredibly convenient. If you're visiting Changsha, you can pretty much get to all the main attractions directly from here. For Orange Isle, I recommend taking the subway; it's only three stops and drops you right at the park entrance, very convenient!

GGuest UserI didn't think of commenting until the last day of my stay. The hotel I booked for my colleagues during the exhibition received unanimous praise. The key point is that it is close to Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and is convenient for walking. The restaurants and subway stations next to it are nearby, which is convenient for eating. The breakfast is good, especially the Changsha rice noodles are delicious. The breakfast variety is also very complete and the taste is good. The facilities are complete, there is a self-service coffee machine at the front desk, and there are sofas and round tables in the lobby bar for us to meet guests and chat. The room is clean, the towels are very thick, the sound insulation is good and quiet, and the stay experience is very good.

Environment: It was also decent.
Service: The service was very prompt. My hairdryer was broken, and they quickly brought a replacement, even sending an air purifier to the room.
Facilities: The only issue was that the bathroom shower door didn't close properly, so water would easily leak out.
