This was my first time staying here, and according to the driver, it's an older, established hotel, but the facilities seem to have been newly renovated. The service was excellent and very professional. I was traveling with my sister, and they specifically arranged our three rooms on the same floor, which was super convenient. The rooms themselves were perfectly arranged, clean, and tidy. The check-out process was quick, and we were even able to get a late check-out. I also really liked the photo-op activity in the lobby. Especially staff members #1 and #10, their service was incredibly nice!

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

What an absolute gem of a hotel! 🏨 I was initially drawn in by the photos of the hotel's ambiance, and it's even more beautiful in person! It's got that old-money charm, and it's super photogenic. It actually used to be a bank! The rooms inside are also well-designed with separate wet and dry areas. The decor is incredibly stylish! They even deliver your freshly laundered clothes right to your room – a really nice touch! Anyone with good taste would choose this tasteful hotel. Location: It's right at the entrance to the Taiping Street scenic area. Just look for the three characters 'Taiping Li' and head down that small alleyway! The automatic door at the entrance has a really grand feel to it, too~

The hotel's location is excellent for exploring Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, both directly accessible by subway. Downstairs, you'll find the bustling Wuyi business district, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room's bedding was comfortable, and the night view of the Xiangjiang River was beautiful. I appreciated the smart room controls and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The only minor issue was the slow elevators, but the hotel staff were quick to respond when I brought it up, which was understandable. Overall, everything else was great.

The mattress had just the right firmness, making it incredibly refreshing to lie down and rest after a day of exploring. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, allowing for a quiet and full night's sleep even in the bustling city, ensuring my child's rest wasn't disturbed. 🙋 Thoughtful and Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm and patient, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. They were also very kind to my child. Housekeeping was responsive and promptly addressed any requests. 🛏 Complete Facilities: The air conditioning, hot water, and bathroom facilities worked perfectly. The room was spacious and not cramped, with plenty of room for luggage. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Changsha!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station and subway exit. The rooms are clean with good soundproofing, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is decent, and the freshly cooked rice noodles are very authentic. Despite being by the train station, the double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. It's just a few subway stops from Wuyi Square, making sightseeing hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Mandarin Oriental is a hotel I've stayed at before, and I keep coming back because the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to the subway entrance, and IFC is just a short walk away – can't beat that! Plus, there are tons of food options right downstairs, so no need to wait for delivery.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.

The location is great! It's not far to walk to Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Taiping Old Street. Getting to Orange Isle by subway is also quick and convenient. The room type was okay and it was quiet. However, the room was really chilly, and the air conditioning didn't have heat. It just got colder the longer I stayed. The facilities are old, but the main issue was the lack of warmth. I had to wear a bathrobe over my pajamas and pile on a thick duvet.
