"we have visited Vrindavan on 11 April 2025, Property is good in terms of location(300m from main road), food is too good however there is shortage of staff due to which services are not good and zero cleanliness on the stairs, lifts were not even working so you might have to use stairs where all the used tissue papers and broken glasses lying down. "

The breakfast buffet was impressive and offered a wide variety of options. Room service was satisfactory, and the hotel provides a car parking facility, which is a plus. The restaurant team was very cooperative, and i noticed they did their best to ensure a good experience. Overall, i had a good experience and will definitely visit again."
