GGuest UserThe hotel gives a very good atmosphere and the staff are really very good and polite. It is a bit away from janambhumi but you can get e rickshaws. The food is awesome. The room and washroom were also clean. We stayed there for 6 days and they provided us with one extra bed. They also provide hot water whenever needed. Overall it is the best hotel to stay in mathura. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe property is ten minutes away from Mathura Station. This location is excellent. Dwarkadish Temple and Janmabhoomin are nearby. Cleanliness is maintained, and the staff is helpful. The bathroom does look a little worn out and rusty, but this is most likely the result of hard water damage. Its generator eliminates the problem of frequent power outages. The food is all that matters. No in-room meals. Although the restaurant is on the premises, you grow weary and bored after two days because the menu is small and the variety of vegetables and dal doesn't change every day

GGuest UserOk. The hotel is newly built, its staff is also of rookies. They need to look for attention to details to improve their services and customers experience. Being located in a religious city many hotels treat customers as one time guests only. At present the hotel does not have water heaters. Also there is no exhaust system in the room, we can smell the fresh paint's fumes. Despite all other things the behavior of the staff was very helpful. All in all an average stay but it could have been a lot better.

GGuest UserThis is an average hotel, so don't be impressed by the fancy and glittery pictures. The only good thing about this is it's proximity to janm bhumi and it's best among worst in this entire area as you won't find any good quality hotels around. Rooms are not well prepared before guest arrival. We had to ask for toiletries, dental kit, tissue paper, bath mat after checking in. Breakfast is served only after 08:30 am so don't include this in your booking if you are looking for early check out. Furtniture, taps, showers are not in best condition and show signs of wear and tear. Bathroom latch was broken. They need to improve on preparing the room for guest experience as the first impression is always built during the first 5 minutes of entering the room. Overall not worth spending 4750 rs for one night without meals. I found better options in vrindavan.

GGuest UserThe hotel location is good. However it needs good management. It has all the right facilities at the right place but it tilts more towards a party lawn adjacent hotel than a premier hotel. The swimming pool is not well maintained, the bar was non functioning due to renovation. Lifts were not working. Very interestingly same room key opened 2 rooms that we had booked. There were very very limited condiments in the room. But if managed well its a great property in the making

GGuest UserA comforting stay. The hotel is in prime location, exactly between mathura junction and vrindavan(attala. They have there own restaurant which serves pretty decent food that serves food till 1am, staff at reception and resturant are welcoming and well behaved. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
