Although the staff do not speak English, they are very kind, polite, and helpful, which greatly enhanced the overall experience.

The hotel's location is super convenient, you can see it right outside the high-speed train station. The white tea scent is absolutely lovely. The room insulation is excellent, and the TV is huge – watching shows in bed was pure bliss! My white jacket got dirty, and the washing machine did an amazing job cleaning it. You just drop your clothes in the laundry room with a tag, and the staff washes them for you, so thoughtful! I'll definitely be back!

I redeemed my points for a late check-out until 2 o'clock, but the staff called me at 10 o'clock and 11 o'clock to ask if I wanted a late check-out. The lack of communication from the staff affected my rest and mood. Everything else is pretty good, and it's safer and more hygienic to stay at All Seasons.
