Four Points properties in Kunming

For my 4-day, 3-night stay in Kunming, I chose the Sheraton, as I've always been a fan of the brand for my travels. The location of the Sheraton Kunming City Center is truly excellent. Right outside the door, you'll find a snack and shopping area, with the old street all around. You don't even need to go to other attractions; you can spend several days just eating, drinking, and exploring the immediate area. 👍 Secondly, the check-in experience was fantastic. From the front desk staff when I first walked in to the cleaning staff and restaurant servers, everyone was warm, polite, and helpful. I didn't encounter a single unenthusiastic person, which is definitely something to praise! 👍 Each floor had plenty of bottled water available for guests to take as needed, which I really appreciated. 👍 On the 8th floor, the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, with different hot options each day, and everything tasted great! 👍 I've already recommended this hotel to my family and friends! 😄

Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Changshui Airport far exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to customer service agent Xiao Yang, who provided attentive assistance via WeChat from airport pickup until check-in. As my elderly parents prefer plain food, she went above and beyond, coordinating with the restaurant multiple times to specially prepare meals that suited their taste, which made us feel incredibly welcome and comforted so far from home. The hotel environment was also a pleasant surprise; the hillside garden behind the hotel was lush and green. Even better, we were upgraded to a room with a view! The sight of the vibrant greenery outside our window was so relaxing. This trip was truly made wonderful by such thoughtful service.

The location is incredibly convenient! It's just a 20-minute drive to the airport, and you can walk to MixC Shopping Mall and Donghua Farmers Market. Getting to Old Street takes only about 10 minutes by taxi, making it super easy to get around and explore. The room was spotless, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The soundproofing was much better than I expected. The staff were all so friendly and polite, always quick to help with any issues. The breakfast spread was also excellent, and the rice noodles were delicious. My stay was absolutely perfect!

The room was spotless, tidy, and had excellent natural light thanks to the full-length windows, which also made it very pleasant to open for fresh air. The front desk service was fantastic, and the bathroom was clean, perfect for a hot shower to wash away travel fatigue. The hotel's location isn't far from Dounan Flower Market.

The mattress was just right for comfort, which was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was excellent. All the necessary toiletries were provided, and they even thoughtfully included children's slippers and a small toiletries set – those little details really made us feel cared for. The hotel's soundproofing was effective; it was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing the kids to get a good night's rest and recharge. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick. They were also very patient and helpful when we asked for directions and sightseeing tips. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. Overall, the value for money here is outstanding. With comfortable surroundings and attentive service, staying here made our trip easy and pleasant. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to the area, and I highly recommend it to all travelers!
