"They picked me up at the station when I arrived, and then drove me back and forth when I went out for a meal. Furthermore, when I left, they even stopped at a convenience store before heading to the station – truly wonderful service. The room was spacious and clean, and I could see the trolley trains passing by from the window. The next morning, I was lucky enough to see a troop of monkeys crossing a tightrope from the opposite bank and eating leaves in the trees just below my window. The only minor issue was the step at the entrance to the room, which caused me to stumble several times. The hotel corridors were a bit dimly lit and quiet, but that might have been because it was a day with few guests. The open-air bath in the large public bath was fantastic. I would definitely like to stay here again if I visit Kurobe."

"I made a reservation to enjoy a quiet ryokan in Japan, and the view, room condition, and even the size were perfect. I really liked the fact that they picked me up directly at the station, and both the meal and the bath were perfect. In particular, there are private baths that you pay separately, but there are also small baths that can only be enjoyed by groups of 2-3 people, so it was great to go in between when it wasn't crowded! I was also satisfied with the various amenities and snacks provided inside the hotel, and I think the staff service was also very high level. I've been to various ryokans in different price ranges, but among the ryokans in this price range, the service, room condition, and bath level are very high. I definitely want to visit again. It was fun!"

"1. Took the free shuttle from the airport to Toyama Station, then the electric train from Toyama Station to Unazuki. Once there, you can either walk to the hotel, it's not too far, or ask the hotel to pick you up. 2. The hot spring bath isn't huge, but it's decent. They also have private baths available for an additional fee. 3. The dinner buffet was very crowded with a wide variety of dishes. Many of the staff weren't Japanese, making it feel very international. Breakfast was just so-so. You can also take the scenic train nearby."

"Very good, the price is less than 900 mao/person, you can consider visiting it again in summer or autumn, and take a ride on the train by the way. The hotel was built 100 years ago, but the interior renovation and maintenance are very good. The standard rooms are also relatively large in hot spring hotels, with many electrical sockets and a reasonable layout. There are three large public baths and two private baths, which are spacious and well-equipped for bathing. For dinner, there is Kamameshi soy milk shabu-shabu, seasonal buri and local soba noodles, which are quite unique; the breakfast buffet has a lot of vegetables, which really saved my life, and they also provide freshly ground coffee! There is a free bus to Unazuki Onsen Station, but reservations must be made in advance."

In addition to arranging pick-up and drop-off at the Shinkansen station, pick-up and drop-off can also be arranged at Unazuki Onsen Station or Unazuki Station.
