"I booked for 2 nights. Place was beautiful, staff are polite and professional. Booked the hotel because it says it’s got Wi-fi. Upon arriving there’s WiFi in the room but NO signal, and there’s no data signal too. The only wifi connection is at the restaurant which is also very weak. I requested to cancel and refund the 2nd night but the property rejected the request. I would’ve been fine if it’s not listed on the amenities. If there’s no wifi, update the listing so it doesn’t disrupt our travel arrangements and lose money. Since they rejected my request, I had to book another hotel while still paying for this one."

"The area is nice because it is accessible to everything. The room is not new but even so I slept comfortably and I was able to sleep well. The place is not noisy so it is nice. What I also liked is that it is right infront to a carinderia and bbq grill so I don't have to look far for lunch and dinner. If I travel again, I want to book with them again.👍"

"This will probably be our last stay at this place. The faucet was barely functioning, and the refrigerator struggled to keep our food cold. The air conditioner was noisy and didn’t cool the room properly. The TV didn’t work at all. When we asked for ice, we were told there was none. The shower had inconsistent hot water, and the shampoo and body wash in the bathroom were not prepared. The bed had ants and an unpleasant smell. Overall, it was not a comfortable or pleasant experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests."
