"No matter how I adjusted the air conditioner, the temperature kept dropping below 20°C. It was too cold, and I was worried the kids would catch a cold. The staff replied that if it was too cold, opening a window or door would help. I called the maintenance guy, but that was all he could do. I was speechless!!! The sanitation was also average. It felt like it wasn't worth the price of just over three hundred dollars!!! I thought it was a Wyndham hotel chain, so I booked it, but later realized it was a Days Inn by Wyndham... Overall, my experience was terrible!!!"

"Service: Because we were going back to Shenzhen and had a lot of luggage in the car, we asked the front desk if there was a waiter to help push the luggage. The front desk lady and the manager took the initiative to push the luggage cart with us to the underground first floor to move the large luggage into the room. Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities and equipment. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, and the comfort is quite good. Environment: The hotel is in the style of the new Chinese palace style. There are also ancient costumes in the lobby lounge area for free to wear and take photos."

"The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The river-view rooms offer a wide and beautiful view. The hotel restaurant serves Liling cuisine, cooked to suit individual tastes, and the food is quite good. There is both surface and underground parking. The staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast selection is plentiful. The hotel is not far from both sides of the river, making it a great place for an after-dinner stroll. The lights are beautiful at night."

"I chose this hotel mainly for two reasons: early check-in and proximity to the train station. The experience exceeded my expectations, except... The front desk staff were very polite and enthusiastic, offering assistance to first-time visitors to Liling. They were proactive and experienced. The room was quite large, clean and tidy, the bed was large and comfortable, the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, and the toilet was clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast the next day was terrible. Besides the limited food, the service was extremely poor. They kept clearing away the dishes before 9 am and kept asking if I was finished eating. The hotel provides a washing machine and luggage storage."

"I came to Liling to visit relatives and originally planned to stay at the Wyndham, but my relatives said there was a new one nearby, so I stayed there instead. I arrived around 1 a.m. When I checked in, I told the front desk four or five times not to book the last room. I travel for work all year round and have stayed in countless hotels in countless cities, but this was the last room I found. I called the front desk to ask why it was the last room, and the first thing she said was that she didn't have any rooms left. I said she should have told me earlier that she didn't have any rooms left, so I could choose not to stay. Then she said she didn't know it was the last room... Considering it was almost 2 a.m., I hung up. I've been traveling for work for over ten years and have stayed in hotels all over China, and this is the first time I've ever experienced this. I was utterly speechless."

The hotel is very close to Jiuhong Century Plaza, about 5 minutes walk, the surrounding business district is fully equipped, eating and shopping is very convenient. It takes more than ten minutes to drive to Porcelain Valley. It is easy to commute to various attractions and the transportation is very convenient. The room is in place, the environment is quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is high and the service attitude is friendly. Whether it is coming to visit the porcelain valley or business trip, it is a very good choice. It is recommended to come to Fuling."

The laundry room is free, and the socks are finally washed by hand for a week on business trip. No breakfast, but the front desk prepared portable bread and bottled water intimately, and took the early bus directly away. The surrounding food is piled up, the nightingale barbecue is open until two o'clock, and the strings return to the hotel to continue working overtime, perfect balance between the pain and happiness of the workers!"

The toilet seat was closed, so I had to use the showerhead to flush it myself. There was also long female hair on the sink, indicating that the cleaning staff were somewhat careless. Overall, however, the room was nice, convenient for getting around, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The bed was also very comfortable!"

"I went to Fangguanzhuang Reservoir to eat and found this leisure villa by accident. I saw that the evaluation on the Trip.com APP was not very high, and I had to try it. When I opened the door, the doorman said that he wanted to buy tickets, but he told him that he was staying in the hotel, and he immediately let it go. The beauty at the front desk who checked in was very good and very friendly. Introduced that the hotel has meals and yellow peaches can be picked by yourself. After arriving in the room, I felt really good. Open the window and you can see the scenery on the mountain. Although the room facilities are a bit old, the overall layout and hygiene are quite good. Going out at four or five o'clock in the afternoon, the cute pet paradise has been closed. But there is a beautiful lotus pond. There is still no developed part of the back mountain inside, which is a good place for health and well-being. The dishes on the first floor of the rental house are really good, the ingredients are very fresh, and the side dishes seem to be the taste of the farm itself. Room service restaurant service is very good, overall it feels very kind."
