"An ordinary motel. Good bed. We were driving from Yosemite on the way through Bishop and made a stop at this place. Comfortable bed, Wi-Fi. Great location for exploring Alabama Hills. There's a lot to see nearby. No deposit required."

Quality Inn Lone Pine Near Mount Whitney ★★★

"With the price of gas I thought I’d save some money and stay at the Quality Inn. The room was updated but that didn’t include the mattress as it was extremely uncomfortable. The key cards were super gitchy- frustrating when it’s been a long day and you just want to get into your room. Thermostat was preset and couldn’t be adjusted to what was comfortable for me. Water was turned off at noon on a Sunday (in the middle of my shower) for a filter issue- waited 20 minutes to rinse shampoo and soap. Pool wasn’t open for the season yet so it was covered in a tarp that was full of nasty greenish-black water and trash. Breakfast options were decent but had to warm them up in microwave by the time I got back to my room."
