My experience at this hostel was an absolute nightmare, mostly because of the complete lack of customer service and the fact that there was no front desk to even speak to anyone. When I arrived, I stood in front of what was supposed to be the "reception" area for a solid 20 minutes, hoping someone would answer the phone. No one did. I had to find my own way around the hostel, figuring out where the rooms were, where to store my bags, and even how to access the wifi. Just by asking random guests. Throughout my stay, there was no one to talk to about anything. No front desk staff, no manager, no one. If there was an issue with the room or anything else, I had to either solve it myself or wait for someone who maybe would be around eventually. I tried calling the number listed, but it just kept ringing. It felt like the hostel was completely abandoned and guests were expected to just figure things out on their own. Not the kind of experience you expect when you're paying for a place to stay."

"The room is a suite with complete facilities and simple Nordic style. It is about 18 minutes' walk from Lund train station. Lund is very small and you can basically walk around in 30 minutes."

There are multiple doors, some open, some don't, some require card access, some are one way. The lift only goes one way on some floors.
