The bedding of Atour is well-deserved. I usually have to worry about the uncomfortable mattress and the inappropriate pillow when I stay in other hotels. I am really tired and can only fall asleep reluctantly. I even have the pain of the mattress spring hitting my bones and the uncomfortable pillow after waking up, but Atour has no such pain at all! A good hotel should make customers feel at home. The hotel environment, room facilities, bedding, and service are all very important. Luoding Atour is what I want. This is also my first time staying in Atour. It is amazing. The front desk ladies Xintian, Fangfang, and Lin Yue are cute and enthusiastic, and the service is very thoughtful. Because of the exam time, I did not check out at the specified time, and it did not affect the service at all. Thank you! "This was a very unsatisfactory experience. We booked 3 rooms for our family, but the hotel front desk arranged for us to stay on 3 different floors, all near the elevator entrance. I made the reservation two weeks in advance and checked in at 8pm that day. We were given room 901, which was already occupied. They asked us to put our luggage in first and check in after the room was cleaned. This operation was speechless. There were cockroaches in room 801 and the toilet had a peculiar smell."

The mattress is very comfortable, I have never slept so comfortably in a hotel. I used to sleep on those hotel mattresses until my bones ached all over.
