"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Sayram Lake Scenic Area and very close to the new tourist center, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, with brand new facilities, and the quiet environment made for a truly relaxing stay. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and quick to assist with check-in and any inquiries. They were also proactive in offering help when needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes that were all delicious. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience with good value for money. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, you can't go wrong with this hotel."

Tamashal, a word derived from the languages of the Kazakh and Uyghur ethnic groups, carries the meanings of joy, perfection, delight, and playful fun. Wang Meng, former Minister of Culture and a renowned people's artist who lived in Xinjiang for 16 years, highly praised the open-minded spirit of Xinjiang with this remark: "Beyond life and death, everything in life is Tamashal." This saying embodies the life philosophy and wisdom rooted in ethnic languages — life lies in experience! It is about enjoying, playing, savoring, pursuing perfection, taking it easy, and sharing beautiful moments together (Time Share). Tamashal offers tourists the chance to "discover, explore and experience during their travels", allowing both body and mind to truly feel the beauty of life. Sayram Lake·Tamashal Hotel is the first project under the Tamashal brand. Nestled in Sailake Town at the east gate of Sayram Lake Scenic Area, just 500 meters north of the Tourist Center, it is an extremely scarce lake-view hotel with a panoramic view of Sayram Lake. The entire hotel complex is enclosed by four buildings, with its design inspired by the natural elements of Sayram Lake such as stones, water and wind. It stands as a land art architecture that originates from and blends into the scenery. The cluster park features a landscape themed "A Song of Ice and Fire", boasting ever-changing views through the four seasons. A sunken art square is specially built in the courtyard to shield visitors from the winds of Sayram Lake. The commercial area focuses on experiential and interactive businesses including featured catering, cultural and creative products, coffee shops and travel photography services. It is the only leisure and entertainment space in Sayram Lake where nighttime and outdoor activities can be held.

"You haven't truly experienced Sayram Lake until you've stayed at Tamarshal. The architecture draws inspiration from the lake's winds and stones, seamlessly blending the wilderness into the living space. Open your window to an expansive vista of the lake and mountains. Here, the hurried anxieties of travel melt away, and you truly understand that the journey itself is the joy."

"We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay."

"The hotel is very luxuriously designed, with a castle feel. The hotel staff are also very friendly and enthusiastic. I upgraded the suite for free. I felt very comfortable after entering the room. The air was fresh and clean. The room layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete and modern, especially the bed is very comfortable, and I slept well at night. In addition, the separate toilet from the bathroom is also very satisfactory. The oversized bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath, and you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the city from the window, which is very pleasing to the eye. Overall, this is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel. I like the environment and service here very much, and I look forward to staying again. The hotel management and staff here need to be greatly praised. They made me feel at home during my trip, and this feeling is very unforgettable. "This is a newly opened hotel with a great surrounding environment. Right outside the main entrance is an artificial lake, offering a wide, open view perfect for a leisurely stroll or a morning jog. The hotel's interior decor is also very nice, with complete facilities, including a well-equipped gym that guests can use in the evenings. The front desk staff are all attractive and provide excellent service. The guest rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including many kinds of beverages. I even captured a beautiful sunset on the day I checked in. All in all, it lives up to its five-star quality and is definitely worth staying at."

"To be honest, the hotel facilities are very good, but the breakfast is very poor. I don't know who designed the TV wall in the room. It's so ugly. When the sliding doors on both sides are closed, the TV is completely blocked. When you open it, you have to walk sideways from the living room to the bedroom; when you insert the room card, the curtains will automatically close. When you calm down, the toilet suddenly says: Welcome to use the Xiaoai toilet. For these problems, I suggest the boss to bring the management team to experience it in person. It cost so much money to repair it, don't be fooled by the contractor like this. I especially praise Manager Ai and Zhang Ning at the front desk. They are very enthusiastic to guests and try their best to solve these small problems of inadequate facilities."

"Rarely go to push any hotel Including Altay coming down a circle I have lived in so many cabins. No hotel makes me so happy I guess I love things with national characteristics in my bones. Every object, cabinet, carpet, lamp, and match is long in my aesthetic Open the curtains and the snowy mountains There is also a ski resort on the main opposite 🎿 Indescribable love. Breakfast is also great, very delicate The little brothers and little girls in the hotel are so enthusiastic. Service attitude is very good (I am a little embarrassed) Although there's a bit of an episode in the middle But they are all handled in a timely manner. It does not affect the experience of staying in the slightest. The location of the hotel is also amazing! It takes a few minutes to drive to the east gate of Lake Sailimu, Traveling is particularly convenient Surrounded by restaurants and restaurants Really great"
