"Even though I saw many positive reviews before booking, I didn't set my expectations too high. It was only after staying here that I truly understood what 'exceeds expectations' means. Every single staff member, without exception, offered genuine greetings and provided excellent service. Their service mentality absolutely surpasses that of any hotel of the same caliber, or even higher-end brands, back home. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and despite the crowd, everything was well-organized and managed seamlessly. It's clear they put a lot of thought into it, and even during the busiest times, the staff's enthusiasm for service remained consistently high, which left a fantastic impression! The room cleaning and maintenance were superb. I particularly loved the extra-long sofa, and the shower pressure was excellent. We had almost all our dinners at the hotel. The à la carte dishes and desserts at Soiree were of extremely high quality. The prices for food and drinks of comparable quality are practically a third of what you'd pay in Shanghai. All in all, this was truly an outstanding choice; the value for money is top-notch. And of course, beyond the hotel, I found that almost everyone we encountered in Yogyakarta was incredibly simple, warm, and welcoming, which made for a wonderful experience. This place is definitely worth a visit!"

"My stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was clean and dry, with excellent housekeeping, making it a very pleasant place to stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, with convenient transportation options nearby; it was easy to get a taxi and reach all the major attractions. The staff were warm, attentive, and very friendly. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, the value for money was outstanding. Considering the complete experience, this hotel is highly recommended for any trip or vacation."

"The room is quite spacious, allowing you to relax in bed and enjoy the pool and views outside. The bathtub is large and beautiful, and the spa experience was excellent. The à la carte breakfast was particularly outstanding! The service was very warm and attentive, always ready to assist with any issues. Areas for improvement: The room design is slightly impractical. The price is a bit high."

"Great hotel for a family vacation! The location is peaceful, with breathtaking views of Mount Merapi and Prambanan Temple. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The swimming pool is nice, although the water could be a bit warmer. The hotel facilities are decent and well-maintained. Breakfast was just okay. There was a good variety of choices, but I think the quality could be improved. The hotel is quite far from downtown Yogyakarta, but getting around isn't a problem since ride-hailing services are readily available. Overall, it's a great choice for families looking for a relaxing stay away from the crowds."

"This hotel truly kept the kids entertained with its abundance of toys. The area is vast and a bit confusing, but the hotel provides clear directions, and all the staff are super friendly and ready to help if you get lost. The hotel's policy is excellent; we were allowed to play before check-in and after check-out. The free extra bed made sleeping more comfortable, and the drying rack on the balcony was incredibly useful for drying towels and swimwear, as the kids swam non-stop for three days. Nearby, there's Pizza Hut, Indomaret, and McDonald's (all within walking distance). Across the street, there's also a Lombok Idjo restaurant. Their Ayam Bakar Areh is delicious; we ate there twice. "I think this is what a true 5-star hotel feels like; it was an incredibly good experience. The hotel breakfast was luxurious, and most importantly, it was impeccably clean! The staff were also incredibly kind. I've stayed at other 5-star hotels around the world, but I can confidently say this was the best among them. You can also see the poolside from the balcony, which is very relaxing. The water pressure was good, no issues there. I'd definitely want to come back here just to stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel is conveniently located right on a main road, which is great for accessibility but can be a bit noisy at night, so light sleepers might want to consider other options. It's also a bit far from the city center, about a 20-minute taxi ride. This place is ideal if you have an early departure the next day."

"Hotel is not bad. Location is accessible,  But cleanliness wise still can do better. The Toilet , bathroom and balcony is not clean even after doing room service,  Furnishing is a little bit outdated. The room smells musky  The bellboy manning the drop off is not that good cos seeing me struggling with my luggage in the rain, he did not even offer to help despite having an umbrella. Did not even help us to open the door. Me and my partner struggle to bring our luggage up the slope, in the rain and drenched. Im not sure why, but for the 4 days 3 night im there, the doorbell didnt even offer to help or assist..  For a top 10 hotel in jogja, the bell boy can do better with service wise. But the Front desk and concierge is very friendly.."
