Sleman Regency Hotels with balcony

Incredible stay! We booked a night here after a disaster at a neighbouring hotel and our stay was one of the best in Indonesia. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with astonishing hospitality from all the staff members but especially Reza who went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcome and comfortable in the hotel. The facilities are top quality, the room was very clean and extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. The gardens and hotel grounds are extremely well maintained, beautiful, and have lots of space for relaxation or, if you have kids, spaces to keep kids entertained. The hotel has ample options for food/drink and also entertainment and also offers tours of the local area. It was also my girlfriend's birthday and the staff again put in genuine effort to make it a really special day for her, we are extremely grateful for their efforts - 5 star service. I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an escape from the city and to be near mount merapi or who wants a bit of relaxation.

The moment I found this hotel, I immediately had a good feeling that it would be great for kids. And it was true! It's super kid-friendly. The service is excellent, and the place is clean. The kids' activities kept my child so entertained they didn't want to leave, hahaha. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, good view from the room at the city. But even better (actually amazing) 360° view from the rooftop, including of course towards Merapi. The room is good, there is a nice pool on the rooftop, as well as a good bar. No pool towels, though. The gym is very small and has a funny triangular shape, was a bit overcrowded with only 6 people at the same time. Only downside was the breakfast, fresh omelette was good, but some of the sweet bakery goods among the most tasteless things I've ever had. That said, still a great hotel with a nice art focused lobby and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Awesome service, i really appreciate their service as everyone is professional and always attend to my needs. Definitely matched the expectations of a 5 star hotel and might be even more at times! They show care and concern as I had a bad stomach and when I requested for medicine, they provided it and showed support. Really means a lot to me. Only thing is its very far from most of the attactions/tourist places BUT was worth it as the view is astonishing! As this is my first time booking a 5 star hotel for staycation, it really makes me happy that you guys attend to my request too, as i requested our room to be near the lift and also the merapi view!!🙏 Thank you once again.

The location is great, with pleasant weather and a soothing ambiance. The rain and fog create a refreshing breeze that helps you relax and forget your daily routine—it's a hidden escape Walking around the hotel in the morning and going for a swim is a great experience to try

Hotel is not bad. Location is accessible,  But cleanliness wise still can do better. The Toilet , bathroom and balcony is not clean even after doing room service,  Furnishing is a little bit outdated. The room smells musky  The bellboy manning the drop off is not that good cos seeing me struggling with my luggage in the rain, he did not even offer to help despite having an umbrella. Did not even help us to open the door. Me and my partner struggle to bring our luggage up the slope, in the rain and drenched. Im not sure why, but for the 4 days 3 night im there, the doorbell didnt even offer to help or assist..  For a top 10 hotel in jogja, the bell boy can do better with service wise. But the Front desk and concierge is very friendly..

My stay at Loman Park Hotel was adequate, but the property appears to be showing its age and would benefit from significant maintenance and refurbishment. While the staff were generally pleasant and the location was convenient, many of the facilities and amenities felt run down and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gave the impression that routine upkeep has not been a priority for some time. In particular, the room furnishings showed noticeable wear and tear. The towels provided were frayed and worn out, and several cushions in the room and common areas appeared aged, flattened, and overdue for replacement. These details detracted from the comfort and quality one would expect from a hotel of this standard. A more concerning issue was the hygiene of the bottled drinking water containers provided in the room. Upon inspection, black mould-like growth was visible on the silicone stoppers of the glass bottles. This raised serious concerns about cleaning procedures and attention to sanitation standards. Given that these containers are intended for drinking water, this was particularly disappointing and undermined confidence in the hotel's overall hygiene practices. Overall, Loman Park Hotel offers a functional stay, but the deteriorating condition of the facilities, lack of maintenance, and hygiene concerns mean that there is considerable room for improvement. With greater attention to refurbishment, cleanliness, and replacement of worn amenities, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Overall is good. The facilities are a bit old. But it does not affect normal use. Most of the time is also outside. Our family is also informal. Mainly the children can play more happily. When you rest, you can chat in the yard or eat together. The service is also very good. Everything is the first time to reply.

i checked in late,and was surprised when i checked in in the middle of the night was still served by the front desk!wow,thank you for the service. the room facilities are complete,the location is also strategic. Recommend for next stay.
