Hotel service was top-notch, breakfast was delicious, and the dinner chef was superb. The spa facilities were also excellent; just remember to bring your swimwear! The junior suite room was spectacular. The spa was amazing. The a massages were amazing. The restaurant they recommended for dinner was delicious. The staff is great. "Lovely cosy big bed. Big room and free water on first day which was nice. Breakfast was ok but could have been better such as actual bacon and actual sausages would have been nice. Staff were very friendly. Location was good. Pleasant stay."

"This stay experience is really great, must be all five-star praise! First of all, the hotel's hardware facilities are surprising. The room was very spacious and the largest standard room we had ever seen during our trip to Europe, not as cramped as some European hotels. And all the facilities are very new, cleaned spotlessly, and lived very comfortable and at ease. We booked three rooms, one of which needed a double bed. After the front desk lady found out, she immediately took the initiative to coordinate to help us change it, the efficiency was super high, and the service was intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, especially the coffee, very delicious! The hotel's staff service is commendable, especially the front desk manager Valerio. He not only properly handled all our needs in the store, but also enthusiastically recommended tourist routes and local art exhibitions for us, and helped arrange chartered cars from Matera to Naples. The service was beyond imagination! This stay was particularly memorable because of the hotel hardware and professional staff like Valerio. If you come again, this is definitely the only choice!"

"Valutata la descrizione del sito decidiamo di prenotare questo hotel 5*. Struttura molto particolare, pulita e bella, ma il servizio da 5* non esiste: -Abbiamo dovuto chiamare per organizzare il parcheggio dell’auto e nessuno rispondeva, siamo stati richiamati. -arrivati all’hotel abbiamo richiesto la possibilità di fare un massaggio di coppia nella spa ( dal sito si percepiva fosse all’interno dell’hotel invece è convenzionata presso altro hotel) siamo riusciti a prenotare solamente alla sera per il giorno successivo nonostante la nostra pressione. -alle ore 19 si chiede la possibilità per bere un drink presso l’hotel e la risposta è negativa giustificata dall’inizio orario cena - colazione non da hotel a 5*, poco personale per richieste bevande calde"
