Totally renovated 2100 Sq Foot house on 3/4 acre with 4 Bedrooms, 2 baths and with all new appliances now ready for short term rentals! This house is nestled in the Lake McQueeney area just minutes from Seguin and a short 15 minute drive down Hwy 725 to downtown New Braunfels where you can float the river or visit Schlitterbahn Water Park. New appliances include: Refrigerator with water and ice maker, electric stove with air fryer, dishwasher, and Samsung washer and dryer. Each of the 4 roomy bedrooms have 50" Smart TV's. The master bathroom has a walk in/tiled shower with dual vanity sinks and very large walk in closet. This room is massive and great for a family of 5 just in this room alone! We have a large backyard that is fully fenced for dogs. There's a gazebo with brand new Pit Boss Wood Pellet Grill and stainless steel firepit. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom. There's covered parking for 3 cars and a large driveway with turn-around.
