"Worst Marriott hotel I stayed at. Receptionist requires a US telephone and zip code in order to register Marriott member which is impossible for a non-US traveler. They’d come clean your room at 8am in the morning. They tell you wrong breakfast time so you miss it…can’t believe it."

"Across the street from the hotel is a large store, convenient for shopping! The room is great! There was a problem with the reservation. We stayed on the 4th floor for one night, and then moved to the 5th floor for 6 nights. Something was left in the room on the first night, and the housekeeping manager (Chinese) was very serious in helping to find and deal with it. The housekeeping service is trustworthy! The sanitary conditions are very good. Several times, the manager personally checked the room and checked the hygiene, meticulously! However, the service at the front desk (***) was very unfriendly. When we called to make the reservation, they said that we could stay in one room for 7 days from the first night, but when we arrived at the front desk, they said no. The hair dryer was broken, so we went to the front desk, and the front desk spoke very aggressively and had a bad attitude! *******"
