FFengjialeStaying at the Sailimu Lake campsite was really great! I could just pull back the curtains in the morning and watch the sunrise, no hassle at all. The tent was more comfortable than I expected, with floor heating, so it wasn't cold at night. The bed was quite soft, and I slept really well. I even got to see fireworks on New Year's Eve šŸŽ‡. The staff at the center were all super nice. They helped us with our luggage, and since we arrived by car and weren't driving ourselves, they even arranged a ride to the visitor center for us. I'll definitely come again!!!

GGuest UserSailimu Lake likes this hotel very much. First of all, I have to say that the front desk staff Mira looks good. Even if the service is in place, I recommended the delicious surroundings. The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time! Very satisfied, must be five stars!

Since I was with my elderly parents, he gave us a room with accessibility features. The other room had two different-sized beds, which was perfect for our family of three. We even got vouchers for afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the restaurant being right above our room ā€“ we could hear chairs scraping every time someone moved them, both when we were trying to sleep and when we were waking up.

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in a space capsule, and the experience was fantastic. It was clean, roommates didn't bother each other, and the shared facilities were convenient. The sleep was quiet, and the sense of security was truly wonderful. The security guard was awesome, and the hostess was also very nice, helping with my luggage. The hostess also helped me get a ride-hailing card for the next day, so I could go out without a hitch. A friend even helped me take some stargazing photos in the parking lot. Everything was great! I sincerely hope your business prospers, and that you'll have a steady flow of customers.

GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the Peopleā€™s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise ā€“ a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!
