"We really had a good time on our friends outing, during check in and check out time we where served by Ms Minoli ever smiling lady, she gave us a warm welcome and upgraded our rooms during check in, this gesture made us feel welcomed and we couldn't wait to fully enjoy our stay. Housekeeper Mr Mohammed was always helpful whenever we requested for amenities, he acted fast which made us more happy, also experienced the swimming pool which is devided into 2, one side for us learners and the other for experts in swimming 🤣 this really was fun, thanks to Mr Joseph and Mr Shahul for good guidance. The 2nd night we requested for late checkout on our check out day and we were helped by Moses, thanks bro for that gesture, ohhhh l had forgotten the bar 😍, it was awesome cold drinks very affordable nice service but l forgot the guy s name as l had taken some shots🤣, with all being said we enjoyed every minute at Al Falag hotel, good location close to everything, last but not least thank you house keeping supervisor or manager l think Mr Lasantha, he was also running around to make sure we get everything we requested,, team Al Falag keep it up."

"My stay at the kempinski hotel in muscat was not as good as expected from a five star international hotel.. My friends and I encountered unfavorable treatment from some of the staff and other mishaps at the hotel, however it wasn’t all bad as I did find the room comfortable and in general the interior of the hotel was nice and minimalistic with a touch of modern class. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed kayaking at beach and most importantly I like how the manager compensated us after all the trouble we had during our stay .."

"Very nice stay overall. The room was super nice and fully up to Mövenpick’s premium standard. The staff were also extremely friendly, and they were very flexible — they even offered breakfast, which I really appreciated. I spent my Christmas Eve there, and they had an event by the swimming pool. It was a bit pricey, but you could see they put a lot of effort into it, and higher prices are expected in a premium hotel. The location is very good, close to the main attractions and also near the airport by taxi. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi, and the view from the pool area is quite open with a beautiful mountain backdrop. There are also several restaurant options on-site, which is convenient. Overall, it was a solid and enjoyable stay, and I definitely recommend it."

"The location is not really in the city center; however, there are still many amenities, restaurants, shops, etc., within walking distance. Many malls are nearby, but transportation is required. You will need to rent a car to move around and visit tourist attractions, which are a bit far. The hotel is like a 5-star hotel with a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, etc. The studio apartment is spacious with still-new-looking furniture, and the toilet is nice and sparkling clean. The shower water pressure and hot water are good; I kept looking forward to a hot shower after a day out. It has a complete kitchen with all cutlery, a microwave, a kettle, etc. (no washing machine though unlike other hotel in the same group). The bed was good and comfy, and I had an excellent sleep after a tiring day. I booked the studio for 6 days and 5 nights with breakfast. The breakfast was superb, mainly continental with limited variety. However, it started to get boring on the third day as there was no change to the menu except for 2-3 dishes. The communication and services by the hotel were excellent, very responsive and prompt. I requested toiletries, drinking water, etc., a few times, and they were provided promptly. In summary, I consider it a good hotel with excellent services."
