The hotel was fairly clean and tidy. For just over 100 yuan, staying in a spacious chain hotel in a tourist city was great value. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet and was quite large. Infrastructure: Elevators need better maintenance, as unusual noises are heard when doors are opened and closed. A towel rack needs to be added in the room as there is nowhere to dry clothes. The service attitude is quite good, but the cleaning lady is not on duty all day, and it is not very convenient to provide pillows and towels. The catering department has fewer ingredients to choose from, so it is recommended to learn more from other hotel chains to adapt to customer needs.
