"The issue with our stay was with the service, both in the restaurant and in the lobby. After being in communication via text throughout the afternoon getting questions answered and sharing our updated arrival team it was odd to arrive in the lobby and not have any staff available for check-in. I texted the number listed on the front desk instructions and after waiting 15 minutes with no response I walked into the restaurant requesting assistance. One of the restaurant staff offered to assist with check-in. He was very helpful but you could tell they were too busy for him to step away during dinner service. Checking into our room, we found used hair ties hanging in the bathroom, full of hair. We had multiple meals where the protein/main was cold - we did not bother to send the food back due to time constraints or observing the servers were in the weeds. If it had only happened once I probably wouldn't have said anything but it happened 3x. All of the scheduled activities were really lovely, and the people leading them were very informative, kind, and helpful. It's a beautiful place and is full of potential but our experience could've been better with some small changes to service."
