Set Loft Suit for three nights, very amazing! The location is excellent (the first shake shack in the park downstairs), and good restaurants nearby can walk. The room type is square and the electrical facilities are complete. The lobby checkin is waiting for drinks, and the elevator diversion is very user-friendly (because I don't like sharing elevators with strangers). The bedding and bathrobe texture are so comfortable! On the 25th floor, you can see the Empire State Building directly on one side of the window on both sides, and the sunset view of the skyline on the other side. room service is also great, the only downside is that the phone answering is slower (basically it takes three times to answer). We checked out at 5 am and the waiters were enthusiastic to help us take our luggage to the car. Very comfortable experience, the overall feeling is much better than the Times Square tour in all aspects, has booked a room for the next few days, still live here.

We just returned from a wonderful 6-night stay at The Ritz Carlton-NoMad. The hotel is a great addition to Nomad. It is centrally located near Madison Square Park, Union Square and the R line subway entrance is steps away from the entrance. The Executive Lounge is amazing! The food from Jose Andres Group was delicious with many options during their all-day service. The view from the windows cannot be beat. Every member of the Executive Lounge staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and luxurious starting with David, the Executive Club Manager and the wonderful staff, Juan, Juan Carlos, Yolanda, Wendy, Brenda, Brendan & Shane. They made our stay very special. We booked the Manhattan Club Level Room on the 37th floor. It was spacious and modern, and the Ritz Carlton bed was very comfortable, as usual. The unobstructed view from our room was stunning with an enormous picture window overlooking the city towards Downtown. We have already made reservations for a return stay in December.

Must talk about it. Hotel location, service and hygiene, not to mention, anyway, generally pass. The breakfast was really good, things were basically the same every day, and I was tired for six days. By the way, breakfast is free to eat, no matter your room rate includes breakfast, just go down to the first floor to eat, no one cares, no breakfast coupons. What I want to say this time is that the hotel's checkout will not be refunded if you charge more! It was a very irresponsible and unreasonable hotel. Later, under the coordination of Ctrip, a part was returned, and Ctrip helped me to pay the rest. Thanks for Ctrip's support! The hotel received $ 162.76, but in the end it charged me $ 413.41, more than $ 250! The pre-authorization at check-in was only $ 187.76, and the front desk had no objection to the pre-authorization account at check-out. The remaining part was charged without my knowledge after leaving. What is the difference between stealing and stealing? And they are all received by mistake, and some fees are repeatedly collected. Rooms are small, but clean and very comfortable. (We were impressed by how much storage space was available in the room.) Amenities are not fancy (small restaurant with limited options, small gym), but it's an excellent starting point for exploring the city. There was some noise bleed from neighboring rooms, but none from outside.

Cons: Room not ready when we arrived after the check in time (although they did give us free drink vouchers while we waited). No fridge in the room. WiFi at an additional charge. Lots of street noise in room all night (9th floor).

I moved from a Times Square hotel where my room was old and the size of a closet to the Renaissance Chelsea. I used points for the stay and the manager Jessica greeted me by name and told me that she had been working on my reservation and was happy to upgrade me to a suite. They offered the standard points and also offered points in lieu of breakfast, along with a late checkout. This was wonderful and much appreciated. What I appreciated even more was the beautiful, spacious, clean suite with a fabulous view of the Empire State Building and New York City. Beautiful art throughout and nice clean furniture. Even though the room as ADA, it was still nice and I felt so relaxed in this space vs coming from a space that was brown, small, noisy and hot/humid. Oh, they also gave me a brand new (still in the package) compact umbrella for the threatening evening rain. - I will definitely stay here on my next trip to NYC!

Great value for money considering the excellent location of the hotel. I was surprised at how easy it was to get around, a pharmacy with an ATM just on the corner and several restaurant options at good prices. The cleanliness, comfort and service were satisfactory, I have nothing to complain about. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn't working well. But I need to highlight that the staff was very attentive and kind to us. The benefits of this accommodation far outweighed its negative points.

I’ve stayed at the Jane several times over the years since I’ve moved out of the West Village and it is consistently well priced, well situated, clean, and the staff is lovely. This particular stay was a bit tricky at check in as they had no record of a reservation for me. Apparently I had mistakenly booked for the week before. Lucky for me they had a room that evening but I had been charged for the previous week as a “no show”. I asked if there was a way to be reimbursed for my error not fully expecting the hotel to grant my request but do you know what? They did and said that “it happens”. In a not quite post Covid world of strict cancellation policies and additional fees for flexible cancellation, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased and will continue to make the Jane my home away from home when in NY.
