"Decent hospitality, but property needs improvement we stayed at this property for a pilgrimage trip. While the host and the daytime caretaker were exceptionally cordial and attentive, the property itself didn’t quite meet our expectations in terms of value for money. Though it’s centrally located, the accessibility to the lift was inconvenient. The property could benefit from significant maintenance improvements. Many of the electrical switches were malfunctioning, the fans weren’t working properly, and the rooms lacked sufficient lighting. Additionally, the bathroom doors had peeling paint, giving the space a worn-out appearance. Water pressure in the taps and the hygiene facilities were also inadequate, which impacted our comfort. Overall, while the hospitality from the owner and caretaker was wonderful, the property itself requires considerable upkeep to enhance the guest experience and justify a higher rating."
