They offered honey grapefruit tea and tremella soup, and breakfast was very hearty! Plus, there was a shuttle bus service, so I didn't have to carry my own luggage, which was a huge plus! Lugu Lake is such a peaceful place, I'd definitely go back if I get the chance."

My only suggestion would be to offer a wider selection of snacks, teas, and desserts. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!"

Service: Very enthusiastic, they also offer pick-up and drop-off. Tashi had an exceptionally good attitude, and the hotel environment was great too. (It was just that during the Spring Festival, there were too many people and parking was very hard to find.)"

"We experienced a power outage and a few minor issues during check-in, but Ms. Zhuoma, one of the staff members, communicated and handled everything promptly. She even thoughtfully offered a freshly brewed rock sugar pear soup to my friend who had a sore throat. The lake view is beautiful, and the humidifier running all night made a noticeable difference in reducing the dryness indoors. I highly recommend staying here! My only suggestion would be to offer at least one non-spicy dish for breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience!"

Breakfast was sufficient, so the whole family happily decided to extend our stay for another night."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! The owner is incredibly kind and grows his own apples, so every day at the front desk, you can sample different varieties. The prices are fair, and during the off-season, we got a fantastic deal on a 3rd-floor lake-view room. A big thank you to the owner! The guesthouse is right behind Lugu Lake, and the moon at night is absolutely stunning. And the most important highlight: their dog is super friendly! Every day, guests take the dog for walks and photos – a definite perk of staying here, haha. It's also super convenient for getting to all the nearby attractions. Highly recommended!"

As always, the room's view was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the upgraded semi-mountain sea view room. Their butler service is very good, especially Duzhi, Lamei, Yangsen, and Danzhu, who are always responsive to any questions. They made our trip to Lugu Lake very smooth and enjoyable!"

"What truly leaves an impression when staying at a hotel is the human connection. The two young men here were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, constantly busy helping every guest, always accommodating, and provided thoughtful care. Since we didn't drive, we relied on them to take us to Daluoshui Pier, and they were always quick to respond. The night before we left, the driver we booked suddenly canceled (!!avoid this driver at all costs!!), leaving us without transport. It was A-Long who helped us find a driver late at night. It wasn't part of his job, but he was simply willing to do whatever he could to help us resolve the issue. Luckily, he managed to contact someone, ensuring we had a smooth journey back. A huge thank you to him! The hotel's facilities are excellent, clean, and tidy. There's a road outside the hotel, with the lake just across it. The windows are soundproof, so it didn't affect our sleep at all. Overall, highly recommended!"

"The room wasn't huge, and the hygiene and facilities were pretty much on par with a standard guesthouse. I accidentally booked a stay in Sanjiacun, but to my surprise, the hotel even offered afternoon tea and a bonfire party. Plus, the pier right next to the hotel is absolutely stunning – a perfect spot for photos, way better than the overly commercialized Dalianshui. Highly recommended!"

The bedding and toiletries are comfortable and clean. There's also a book bar, tea bar, and washer-dryer. After exploring the lake, relax in the courtyard. The breakfast is nutritious and varied. The front desk staff is kind and patient, and everyone who traveled with us was very satisfied."

"Lugu Lake is arguably my most frequently visited tourist destination, and I make time to stay there for a few days every year during holidays. I usually stay in Daluoshui, but this time I wanted a change, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is right by the roadside, but you can see the lake right from the window. The hotel is quite new, with full voice-controlled smart features, and the bedding was very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The lake is just a three- to five-minute walk from the hotel, offering beautiful sunsets in the evening and sunrises in the morning. There's a garden between the lake and the hotel area, perfect for a stroll after dinner. There's also a small pier, making it convenient to take a boat tour on the lake. I've heard it's even more beautiful in the summer when the seaweed flowers bloom, and I look forward to seeing them next time I stay."
