But when we arrived at the hotel that day, we were told no. After a heated discussion, the front desk staff said that dogs could be brought in. It's a satisfactory solution. Regarding the lack of professional service capabilities of the front desk staff, the staff did not communicate in advance how to handle the situation of bringing pets in.
