Service was great , alittle confusion at the start as I am a foreigner and the first time for them to deal with a foreign guest. But we got over the barriers of language . Service was excellent, room amazing and breakfast was acceptable. Maybe some free coffee in the room . As many don’t drink tea. But very nice and relaxing stay, of only for one night.

ZZELOS_KrdNew hotel, conveniently located. It is evident that designers' thought was good and performance almost didn't roll. But there is no soul in this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, but no one has trained them in the HORECA industry. And if trained, they are not controlled. Big questions to the room cleanliness. It is very dusty you can see that the moist cleaning there hasn't been done for weeks. Breakfast should also be diverse. Comfortable bed and pillows, bed clean and new. No small towels or forgot to put the maid. Modern switches and automatic curtains are very convenient!

The location is super convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby. There's a wide variety of local specialties. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The hotel environment is simple and elegant, and the public areas are cleaned promptly daily. The atmosphere is quiet and not noisy. The rooms are well-equipped, the desks and chairs are comfortable, the internet is stable and doesn't drop, and the lobby desks and chairs are excellent, making them perfect for last-minute work. The service staff are attentive.

This was outstanding and amazing and the best place to stay in the area. Really you should stay here

I used it for a bicycle trip. There is no elevator, so I couldn't bring my bicycle into the room, but they left it near the entrance. The staff didn't speak English, but they were very kind and helped me out quickly when I needed help. It's close to the bus terminal, so it's convenient for transportation. The room facilities were broken in places, but it was well-cleaned.
