The hotel is not non-smoking; there's a strong smell of smoke in the hallway and cigarette butts in the public area trash cans. Ashtrays are provided in the rooms, and although housekeeping cleans them thoroughly, the soft furnishings have a lingering, ingrained third-hand smoke odor.

When we arrived at the hotel that day, it was already 18:15 pm. The hotel room had not been cleaned. For me who was running around all year round, I couldn’t understand the dirty room that had not been cleaned at this time. After all, I booked a room. Later, a supervisor at the front desk said to take a look. I didn't directly say that the room was good or not. The little girl who checked in for us asked, and said that she was laying the quilt. I just got out and gave me the room card. We went upstairs and put things to eat. Shouldn't this suggestion be the front desk or the supervisor solve it for us, why should we bring it up ourselves? And when checking in, the guests who arrived after us had a room. The front desk explained that there were not many rooms in this room type. In this case, can the hotel give a reasonable arrangement? However, there is a saying that the location and hardware of the hotel are still good. I hope that I can follow up and improve the service in the future. After all, Guangde, as an Internet celebrity city, will accept more and more foreign tourists.

The front desk service was warm and the attitude was very good. I didn't book a business bed late. I changed the room to a larger room type. I gave breakfast and slept better at night. Hotel location is very good, there is free parking, there are many shopping malls and supermarkets around, very convenient, next time you travel will be preferred.

The hotel is far from the city such as Yingchun Street and Tofu Lane, but the price is cheap and self-driving is not a problem. There are special call charging piles within 2 kilometers around the hotel, and the price is beautiful in the middle of the night. Breakfast is average, there are breakfast restaurants around. The room is relatively large, except for the old floor, everything else is fine. The bathroom was dry and wet, and the shower head was blocked several holes, resulting in a small amount of water. I hope the hotel can improve it later. Booked a twin room, the bed is relatively large, suitable for parents and children to share a bed. Overall, compared to this price, the hotel price is good, it is recommended to stay!

Overall it's pretty good. The front desk lady is pretty and the service is warm. The room is very clean. There is even hair conditioner, which is very thoughtful. The only drawback is that the quilt fabric is creaky. The room is hot. The air conditioner is not turned on and the windows are fully opened to keep it cool.

The staff is great, super nice. It’s a little loud in the night as the walls are thin and garbage was picked up around 4am. Amazing value for money, the rooms are spacious, have windows, no unpleasant odors at all. The beds are hard, not as soft as the bigger hotels might have. You can walk to the tianshou temple and the food street in like 10 minutes. Great stay!!!!
