My husband drank too much and vomited on the cotton fabrics in the room. I asked for compensation, but the B&B did not accept it. I felt understood and tolerated for this, and I felt better. Things that need to be improved: 1. As the hotel is newly opened, it has not experienced winter yet. The air conditioning and hot water effects in the lobby and rooms are not very good. If it gets colder, it will probably affect the stay experience; 2. It feels a bit too busy during the meal peak. If you order food in advance, you must confirm with the customer service number repeatedly to avoid mistakes; 3. It is recommended that the staff wear uniforms to work. It feels a bit strange to not be able to tell who is the staff during the stay. Overall, although there are no value-added services such as small gifts, every staff member is warm and friendly when you seek help. I recommend it.

Overall, a fantastic experience! The hotel has its own parking lot, and the sign is easy to find. It's very close to the Sky Theater, and there are plenty of good restaurants and shopping malls within a 5-6 kilometer radius. The receptionist was also very warm and attentive, always providing smiling service, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Liuyang!

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. Staff are very friendly and check-in was quick. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside is that the whole hotel, from lobby to rooms, smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell even got into our sleeping clothes from the room. This is a problem with guest behavior, and I don’t think the hotel can fix it, but it is unpleasant.

Firstly, no deposit was required, which actually surprised me a little, as it's usually standard practice in bigger cities. The area around the hotel is very convenient for dining, with a local market nearby and Tianhong Shopping Mall also within close proximity. The service from the staff was impeccable. My room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, even leaving a thoughtful greeting note. The lobby also provides complimentary wellness teas and lemonade. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

This hotel is incredibly close to the Sky Theater, making it perfect for watching fireworks, and getting there was a breeze. We felt completely at ease during our stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and any issues we had were handled incredibly quickly. Highly recommend!

Decided on a whim to visit Liuyang for the fireworks. Seeing it was ranked second among luxury hotels on Ctrip, I booked it without hesitation. The hotel is located right by the Liuyang River, and from the room's balcony, you can see the entire river. In the evening, fireworks are set off along the river, which was a beautiful sight. While the hotel room had a slightly dated feel, it was impeccably clean. The only minor drawback was the bathroom layout; the toilet and sink were too close, making it quite cramped to wash your face. Also, no hair conditioner was provided among the toiletries, which I hope they can improve. During both check-in and check-out, the bellhops were very helpful and enthusiastically assisted with luggage. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home.
