The rooms are clean, bright and odorless, the cleaning is meticulous and the beds are soft and comfortable. 初見星野，是在穿越茫茫戈壁、抵達民豐縣城的傍晚。一路的風沙與顛簸，讓身心都裹着一層厚重的倦意，本以為衹是找個普通民宿落腳，卻沒想到車子拐進一處被綠意環繞的院落時，眼前的景象，瞬間讓所有疲憊都煙消雲散。沒有城市酒店的奢華與張揚，山莊像從這片土地裏自然生長出來一般——原木搭建的屋舍錯落有致，搭配着新疆非遺刺綉的裝飾與星空主題的壁畫，質樸又不失格調，院中的草木帶着山野的清新，微風拂過，樹葉沙沙作響，夾雜着遠處隱約的鳥鳴，一下子就把人從喧囂的塵世，拉進了這片獨有的寧靜裏。
辦理入住時，前台姑娘的笑容比夕陽還要暖。沒有刻板的流程與客套的寒暄，她一邊熟練地幫我們登記，一邊輕聲細語地提醒：“新疆晝夜温差大，晚上記得添件外套；房間裏備了熱水和新疆特產的紅棗茶，累了可以泡一杯暖暖身子；周邊的路線我給你們標好了，想去哪裡玩、吃什麼特色美食，隨時來問我，我給你們講最地道的玩法”。説話間，她已經幫我們把行李拎上，親自帶路去房間，一路上像老朋友一樣，聊着當地的風土人情，沒有絲毫的敷衍與疏離，那種發自內心的熱情與真誠，瞬間讓我們這些異鄉人，有了歸家的踏實感。

The front desk customer service was intimate and enthusiastic, in addition to the room card, we also prepared a power card for us. Hotel location is relatively biased, but quiet. There are two restaurants in the surrounding area, one is on the edge of the hotel, and a Sichuan restaurant is nearby.

Because I arrived at the hotel a little late on the first day and I was tired, I didn’t take a bath. When I wanted to take a bath the next day, I turned on the faucet and water heater switch. There was no hot water. I contacted the waiter. They came up with two people and said that it was tripping. We need to use a stool to see if the water heater power supply is plugged in. We are troublesome. Finally, I didn't take a shower. I don't know if the last customer responded to this situation? It's incredible that there is no hot water bath on a hot day! In addition, the waiters and floor attendants at the front desk, service awareness and concept need to be improved. The room is clean and tidy, the food is of high quality, the side dishes are rich in variety, and the parking is convenient.

The hotel is very good. There is a large labor insurance store on the first floor. It is convenient to buy materials. The front desk service was warm and recommended delicious local ethnic dishes to us. The room was still very large. We had a lot of luggage and we could put it completely. Free parking was available before and after the hotel. The hotel was also newly renovated, no smell, clean! Praise.
