The location is a bit far from the train station if you are travelling, but apart for this everything was beautiful. They picked us up at the train station and sent us back the day after even if only the one way service was included. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and peaceful. The manager and the workers are very kind and generous. If I will come back to 南阳 I will come back here for sure!

Let's talk about the hotel situation. The location of the hotel is OK, not far from the mansion, and there are many foods around. The hotel room is not big, dry and wet separation, the sink is super mini, there is a phone in the room, but the front desk number is not marked, I don't know how to call the front desk. The biggest problem is that the sound insulation of the room is too bad! The sound of traffic on the road outside, the voice of the guests in the corridor can be heard clearly, which makes me doubt that the window is not closed!

The whole stay experience was quite good. The location of the hotel is very convenient, travel and eating are worry-free. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the soundproofing was OK, and the night was very quiet and sleep well. The front desk service is warm, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and the details are very intimate. The facilities are well maintained and well maintained, and the price is very high. Great stay , best option to stay in Dengzhou, this is my second time in this hotel , friendly staff , if you need anything the staff is there for help 24/7 , good room service , there was a language barrier for me to communicate, still they use translator and communicate with me very efficiently, rooms are well cleaned , each day just inform them before leaving, when you return room will be full cleaned up. Looking forward for my next trip in Dengzhou

Stayed here a few times before and score worse now, reasons being 1. that they insist they need to take a picture of you even though they have passport copy and all other info 2. There was a bad smell in the room. Could obviously have gone back down and asked for another but was late and I didnt want the hassle so I suppose I can suit myself, but anyway whoever put the room in order should have informed the mgmt or done something about it. Otherwise the place and room is in great condition and meets all the needs. Clean and quiet. Very local breakfast but I dont mind. Good location for my needs so will probably try it again next time despite this trips shortcomings

Originally booked step ladder room, because of the luggage, inconvenient, I applied for the elevator room with the front desk, the feeling of staying is superb 👍, the elevator room is next to the small garden at the back, there is no noise, equipped with electric curtains, the price is not expensive, the room is clean and tidy, the details see the real chapter, such as the bedside USB interface is sufficient. I was not given the room I originally selected, this one was windowless. But for one day I didn't bother with it anymore. I booked a non smoking room, but this room had a smell. But the AC smelled so strong in the morning of cigarette as if someone smoked a pack of cigarettes all night . The location is very convenient for the price. The breakfast is okay.
