So, we requested to switch to a king room on the second floor. Although it was a downgrade in terms of room category, we actually found the experience more akin to a typical hotel. Facilities & Services: The curtains were ineffective at blocking light; strong light still leaked in during the mornings due to a noticeable gap at the top. The online description mentioned 24-hour oxygen supply, but when we woke up around 9 AM, we found the oxygen supply had stopped. The front desk informed us that oxygen is only provided until 10 AM. Breakfast hours are also quite early, ending at 9:30 AM (it doesn't get dark until around 9 PM in Tibet, so there's a time difference that East Coast tourists need to adjust to). Other: The lobby on the first floor has massage chairs and a coffee machine. The restaurant offers mini hot pots, which are quite affordable (10 yuan for the soup base, 15 yuan for a small portion of meat, and free drinks).
