__M1581016****The experience of staying in the hotel is very good. The first one I met was the security guard, and then the receptionist, the room eldest sister, the service connection is very good, especially good.
The facilities and equipment of the room are relatively complete. It is recommended to provide a bathtub cover. There is still dirt in the bathtub.
Another suggestion is that the automatic lighting of the room at night is too bright, and there is a setting at the bar, which cannot be closed for a long time, which affects sleep.

The hotel management is professional and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room is even at the level of a four-star hotel. It is a must-choose hotel when traveling to Wuwei. I am very satisfied with the hotel and give it a five-star rating.

From check-in to check-out, every step was done very well. The room facilities were very complete, which made me feel a different kind of warmth. At the same time, you can order food in the room, so you can enjoy the food without leaving the room. It is really convenient and worry-free. This stay experience left a deep impression on me and was full of praise. From the comfort of the room to the thoughtful service, the only thing that did not make me satisfied and happy was the room type. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. BBarryI hadn't realised Wuwei was so big when I booked this hotel! It is a couple of km from the railway station, which is why I booked it, but about 5 km from the centre of the city. Mind you, I walked there and didn't see all that much of interest. The real action is around the South Gate, with a great night market, a great seating area nearby and a couple of parks, one on each side of the gate. The room was lovely - a soft bed, plenty of [laces to sit, a table, and I had great success using the Wifi. Underneath, and just up the street, there are a couple of supermarkets, a small foodmarket a bit further away (towards the South Gate) with properly cold beer a noodle place a few doors down to the left of the hotel. The Wanda Plaza Mall is a couple of blocks away, but very disappointing in terms of food offerings.

SScarletTheWandererI recently had the pleasure of staying at Tianzhu Hotel, located just an hour away from Lanzhou, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The spacious and well-appointed rooms were immaculately clean and provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site parking was also a plus, making it easy to come and go as I pleased.
But what really set Tianzhu Hotel apart was the great staff and fantastic breakfast. The food was fresh, delicious, and varied, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. I also appreciated the hotel owner's personal touch, as he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend Tianzhu Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay near Lanzhou. The staff, accommodations, and breakfast were all top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

The room was clean and with a very comfortable bed, we had a window facing the inside of the block so it was quiet at all hours. Much recommended for the price and would definitely stay again.

SSipuThe bed is comfortable, the room is spacious and clean, the service attitude is very good, it is quiet, easy to park, and pet-friendly. The downside is that the water temperature is too cold and too small during the day, and the room temperature is low. The elderly who come with us are afraid of the cold and want to increase the temperature, but the air conditioner cannot be adjusted by themselves! The breakfast is OK, you can eat enough, the lady at the front desk is nice and kind😊

AAguo99101. The hotel is located near Gulang Railway Station, 5 minutes' drive from the station and 10 minutes' drive from the county center. It has convenient transportation and parking. The hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off service!

JJessica MellicaUnfortunately bed wasn’t comfortable, I slept all night feeling the iron net of the mattrass on my bones.
Overall, price is good with two breakfast included, plenty of options.
I was a bit upset when they charged us for the water we drink. There were water bottle in the room without any prices and we supposed it was for free.
There is no water or juices for breakfast only soy milk or full cream milk. But lots of vegetarian options.
There was a water dispense downstair for free available to refil water bottle, so don't do our mistake and just have the free one.
If we knew this in advance we could avoid to drink water in the room and avoid plastic bottle waste (as we travelling with bicycles we care about to be in a green way for our planet.)
Nobody explain us about charging items on the room during the check in, only the lady during the check out charged us.
This is the higher price we paied in trip.com since 20days of travel, but anyway we think is still good because two breakfast are included.
