A 10 for the location. Super friendly staff, especially White in the care and Juliet at breakfast time. It was very friendly and very attentive. I even made a kiwi. The perfect breakfast, variety, and just expressed orange juice.

Great location - short walk from the Cathedral and Calle del Laurel and with a supermarket next door.
Room was very warm (early November - was 10-16 celcius outside) with only heating available in the rooms. And no air circulation. Had to open the window.
Parking was available but was super narrow - drove a Renault Captur and it was very tight. To be fair, the hotel did recommend parking at another car park nearby.

MikeSZThe hotel is very central, near all the bars and restaurants, Calle Laurel too but it was quiet at night. It has its own underground car park as well. The staff are really kind and helpful. There's a Cafe right next to the hotel with excellent coffee and pastries. The food in the bars and restaurants in the city center is very good.

There was a Korean mart 10 minutes away, so it was a good opportunity to buy ramen and buy kimchi on the pilgrimage. It was good except for the smell of cigarettes.

Located close to the centre of Laurel Street and the old hill, the hotel has a comfortable bed, TV, air-conditioned heating and warmth, clean.
With a clean and very functional shared bathroom.
