Amazing
RRosandaI wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. Thank you

GGuest UserThe location is one kilometer away from the city center and can be reached on foot. Parking at the door is convenient and free. The room was clean and cozy, and slippers were provided which was very unexpected. The front desk staff was courteous and very friendly. The breakfast is rich and the staff will ask you what you want to drink and then make it for you. You can also help yourself. The juice pressing machine is quite interesting.

It is too difficult to find a parking lot nearby. The room is super small and the bed is so small that you can't turn over. The view outside the window is pretty good.

HHONGVery warm family hotel, hotel facilities are also good, when we left the store, we called the beauty boss to help us call the taxi. As a result, she didn’t have it. GGuest UserWe arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

There were no supermarkets nearby, and the location was quite remote, so you had to drive out to buy things. There was no refrigerator, but it wasn't a problem for a one-night stay. It's very close to Colmar, just a 10-minute drive away.

AAnonymous UserA very perfect stay. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and the room is equipped with a coffee machine. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very thoughtful. The only downside is that the hotel is very new. Their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of the accommodation. The hotel does not have its own parking space in the center of the city. There are parking spaces around and in the nearby main street, and the price is very cheap. We just happened to be in time for the olive picking season. The hotel also arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive garden and personally pick the experience. They arranged their own olive oil taste picnic in the olive garden. After that, they also participated in the production of their own olive oil extraction workshop. Make the whole process. The first time in life, I experienced olive oil production, which was very memorable. In the middle, just in time for the birthday of my peers, the hotel also arranged surprise bouquets and red wine, which was really intimate.

NNachtischThe hotel has its own underground parking, which is very convenient and reasonably priced. The room was clean, but we had to make our own beds, though fresh sheets and duvet covers were provided. The bathroom didn't have toiletries, just a small bar of soap for handwashing. The single bed was quite narrow, but the sofa bed was large and very comfortable. With a pool and paid breakfast, it's a good value-for-money economy resort hotel. Please note: This room type does not have a balcony, despite what the website photos show.

Location: Situated on the edge of Colmar's Old Town, you just cross the street from the hotel and walk straight to reach it. It's about a 12-minute walk to Colmar's 'Little Venice'.
The hotel lobby takes up very little space, and public areas are limited, but there is a free indoor swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed had already been made up for us upon arrival. I booked two identical balcony rooms, but they were on different floors. Mine was a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony on the ground floor. This 'balcony' was merely an open space facing the parking lot with no privacy whatsoever. Compared to the other room upstairs, which had a spacious balcony, the value for money was significantly better for that one. The shower in the ground-floor room had no glass partition, only a shower curtain. The curtain easily sticks to you while showering, and if it's not kept entirely within the small tub, the whole bathroom floods. The kitchenette is quite useful; although the induction hob isn't suitable for stir-frying, it's perfectly fine for simple cooking.
Pros: Close to the Old Town and quiet, with a kitchenette.
Cons: Difficult-to-find parking. The hotel's main entrance is at a street intersection, surrounded by many complex, narrow roads, some of which are restricted. We drove around the hotel three times without finding the parking lot. In the end, a friend had to get the parking code from the front desk and guide us in. The parking is located behind the hotel, but the address on the website is only for the main entrance. Driving to the main entrance doesn't allow for parking, as the parking lot is in a completely different location. If the hotel had provided the exact parking address, we wouldn't have driven in circles. Parking is also quite expensive at 13 euros per day. I booked a balcony room, but the ground-floor one was a 'fake' balcony, offering poor value for the same price. It would be much better if they used flowers or other decorations to screen off the balcony from the parking lot, creating a sense of separation. The shower in the ground-floor room did not match the online photos; there was no glass shower enclosure, unlike the room on the second floor. This makes the ground-floor room seem very poor value.

At this occasion we had a small gift offered by the hotel, a small bag of spice bread.
