Maria VuI got a lovely room upgraade from single to double. Very spacious, shower was temperamental. Breakfast excellenta, small but perfectly formed and tasted delicious. Will come back.

The hotel is in a great location, about 12 minutes walk from the train station. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patient. It was already evening when we arrived. He still introduced us bit by bit. And the hotel is pet-friendly, and I saw a lot of cute dogs! !

The hotel is small, but very cozy, and the service is good, especially the grandma who served breakfast, was very nice. The hotel has a very good view and parking is convenient

Guest UserGrand hotel on the sea front. We had a sea-view room with balcony which was very large and newly decorated, but the absence of any pictures or wall art made the room feel a bit stark. By comparison the bathroom was quite small and felt very cramped. Comfortable bed and seating, so all was absolutely fine for our one night stay. Enjoyed our breakfast in the formal dining room overlooking the sea front.

Overall, it was a really good experience. The staff were really nice, and the location was great. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, and opening the window gets the bugs in. The walls weren’t soundproof either, so I was woken by the neighbours chatting and laughing at 4 am.

Guest UserGood location right next to the beach and Eastbourne seafront. Only around 30 minute drive to the Severn Sisters car parks where you can complete the hike. Rooms are well kept with nice interiors and good views. However, parking can be difficult as only designated parking is by the seafront which is often full. Had to park in the multi-story NCP instead but is only around a 10 minute walk.

Guest UserDownside was the size of the room, basically just big enough for a double bed and thats it, it was also very very hot in the room with no fan and a tiny window which barely let a breeze in also the bed wasn't very thick you could feel and hear the springs.
TV was very small too, if we'd just been staying 1 or 2 nights I feel we wouldn't of minded too much but for a 4 night stay and the cost as well I expected it to be alot nicer.
The towels were changed regularly though and it was very clean, staff were also very accommodating so can't fault them.

Informed hotel twice via trip that I would have to cancel and queried cancellation costs. Received no response so emailed direct. Yet again no response. Received a missed call on the evening I was supposed to have been there and then generic emails the next day informing me of check out time and then one hoping I'd enjoyed my stay!
Absolute shambles regarding communication which made me glad I cancelled.
