Hotels with Parking in Lonavala

Location is very good. Hotel is located in the heart of city and all the required facilities are just a walk away. Hotel staff are very good and helpful. Swimming pool and other facilities are well maintained. Lot of parking space is available. Rooms & washrooms are specious and well maintained. Overall, a good place for a family of 3-4.

The stay was pleasant. The hotel is nicely located with an awesome view from most of the delux rooms. The staff is helpful and kind. We were lucky to get a complementary upgrade. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for budget hotel yet with luxury.

We loved our stay at Enrise by Sayaji. A very clean and well maintained property, the staff is very courteous. The service is top notch. The facilities were very good too. However I would have loved to have more variety in the breakfast spread. The buffet dinner had very few options so it was an average experience for us. But the staff is kind to take suggestions and have assured us that they work on improving. We liked our stay at Enrise very much.

The property is centrally located and easily accessible. It is close to the main market and railway station. It is opposite a decent restaurant which has good food in case you do not want to opt for hotel food. The hotel accommodated my request of early check-in, although it was a little slow to deliver. The place has ample parking space within the property. The breakfast options are decent but very indian based. However the buffet will be started only when there are sufficient guests, otherwise you will get options only what they try to push. You have to ask for things like breas and butter without buffet breakfast even though you have prepaid. Upon asking the staff why there is no buffet they will flatly say that this is how the hotel functions. There is staff mr. Suryakant who was especially rude and said you can give whatever review you want and this is how we are. This nonchalant attitude was the most put off. He would have f aught with me more if it was not for hotel executive mr. Dig-amber coming to intervene and apologize. He was the only saving grace throughout otherwise slow service as atleast hospitality was provided by him on a 10/10 rating. The hotel amenities are good. Rooms are decent in size but bathrooms are small and cramped. Staffing is inadequate during weekdays as they do not keep much staff if there is no bookings. It was annoying to keep asking for functional tv, room slippers, room freshener, pool towel and open up the pool bathroom. As there was no staff to help out quickly. However they took care of most requests. Just a tad slow. The pool is clean. There is a game room which is newly done and has all amenities. Good for larger groups. Stayed for 2 nights. Friday and saturday. The place is overall family friendly. I wouldn't personally stay again as i did not find the amenities upto mark as per the price of about 4. 5k per night. I have had better service at lower prices.

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

I recently stayed at lonavala ferreira resort for the weekend gateway. The room was spacious and clean. The lady at reception was friendly, polite and professional. The check-in and check-out process was seamless.
