First, typing the hotel's phone number into the navigation system didn't work. I had to search for other nearby hotels and then use Google Maps to find them. During my entire stay, I only encountered one foreign female staff member, who was friendly and polite. However, overall, the service was below average compared to other hot spring hotels. The room was a private cabin with its own outdoor hot spring, which was a real treat during a snowy day. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious. The hotel doesn't have any other amenities; the main focus is on enjoying the in-room hot springs. Overall, it's quite good!

Staff nice, humble and customer-oriented Hotsping three choices, all private, one outdoor with attractive scenery. Dinner and breakfast served hot and fresh. Traditional japaneses style, appreciate. Room is spacious for one traveler. Convenient and nearby many tourist attractions in Kirishima in self driven car. To Kagoshima airport only about 28 mins self driving.

It's in a convenient location just next to q small plaza with restaurants and shops. The meals included are very delicious and staff are hospitable. The private onsens are clean and nice.

Have a good time here with my husband. Really relax and comfortable! We like the hotel’s natural view, services, food and onsen! Also there is shuttle service from hotel to bus station, convenient for visitors!

I was worried because there were so few Korean reviews. But it was a wonderful place. ☺️ I wanted to keep this place to myself, but I was so satisfied that I had to leave a review. It's located next to the only convenience store in Kirishima Onsen Village, and is also close to the hot spring market. The rooms are very clean, and the sulfur spring water makes your skin smooth. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious. I'd love to visit again with my parents.

My expectation is to have a bathroom inside and a private Onsen in the afternoon and morning. But hotel policy provides only private Onsen in the afternoon. The hotel food is perfect and has a nice taste. A staff can speak English very well and is helpful.

The garden environment is very beautiful, and each room is surrounded by a garden. It feels like there are no more than 10 rooms. The room I stayed in has a private hot spring with a wall, and you can't see inside from the outside. It's very comfortable to soak in the private hot spring. When I ate in the restaurant in the hotel on the day of check-in, the diners should be guests, but they should all be Japanese. Although it is very expensive to book on Ctrip, the price for 2 people per night is nearly 6,300 RMB, but the stay experience is still happy. I didn't feel that anyone at the front desk spoke Chinese, but it didn't affect communication. It would be better if there were more vegetarian options. Amitabha.

Room is a bit old and kettle is not clean but the in room onsen room that i booked is awesome. Enjoyed the onsen in room is relaxing. Dinner is beautifully presented and tasty. Very value for money, will come back again.
