The hotel was excellent place for a quick business trip stay, the staff was very friendly and available even late at night. The room was very clean and cozy.

Hotel is extremely nice and is well maintained. Room was nice and clean with the exception of the big window overlooking the city had hand and face prints on it for the entire week stay. It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed either. Everything else was clean and cleaned daily.

DDONGThe hotel is very welcoming and the service staff is also very enthusiastic. I saw such a big hotel for the first time in Mexico, but the surrounding environment is relatively poor. I don’t know why it was built on the mountain.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and bright. It is a garden-style hotel with a swimming pool and a gym. However, the gym equipment is relatively small. If it is close to the swimming pool, it may be noisy. Overall, the check-in experience is quite good, and the front desk service is also relatively friendly.

Excellent clean hotel, located in a nice area. Next to an Avenue with access to different points in the city The staff is very friendly and prompt to help with any issue/question you may have. The rooms are very clean Wink wink. Book thru Trip.com and will save up to 500 mx pesos Area of improvement It would be nice if they provide enough coffee kits for the persons at the room. There were 2 of us in the room and there was coffee only for one person. We ask for one more kit , and were told it would be an extra charge !

GGeorge Mora OlivaThe hotel has a very good location, but its rooms are noticed deteriorated and the bed is not very comfortable, the view of the police station because it doesn't help much, it also listens to everything, and what he definitely didn't like is the breakfast they offer, with super low quality ingredients, very old and ugly dishes and vax, very disgraceful food presentation and chairs that sweep, I hope to improve or change these things because in my business stay I had was not a place to I want to get to rest why if you look bad.
